Regionally, ZOOM plans to further expand its presence in Saudi Arabia, where it currently has 16 convenience stores in petrol stations and plans to have 110 ZOOM stores in KSA by 2028.

ZOOM Convenience Stores are located at every ENOC and EPPCO service station in the UAE, providing services to everyday commuters. The product range comprises quick snacks and refreshing drinks for consumers looking to find a convenient stop and shop option for their needs. ZOOM stores at ENOC/EPPCO service stations serve around 46 million customers per year.

ZOOM has over 235 stores across the Metro Transit System, serving 11 million customers every year. The shop formats have been tailored to suit the specific requirements of every individual station ranging from 12m2 to 120m2, within EHS standards and RTA guidelines. As food is not allowed in the metro, the larger metro sites have tables for the convenience of customers to enjoy a bite while they're on the go. Smaller stores have other creative storage solutions in the form of cabinets that doubled as spaces.

ZOOM has taken its concept to high street with a modern take on the traditional local 'baqalas' store. These stores serve a wide range of fresh and packaged products, along with the luxury of convenience, while creating an up-market experience for customers to enhance the entire shopping experience.
