I bought 4 tires fur my BMW x5 for 4550 approx First of all there was an argument from the online dealer and the shop owner that how did u give free wheel alignment. Later I was told that their rod is bent. Took the care to the showroom and I was told that it’s ok they can adjust with this rod. Now the steering is not centered and teb teptesmetative says that it will be charged. Poor service

Repair gone WRONG
My colleague has given his car in their DIP Branch, it required Shock change service and some minor Repair & maintenance only and they charged him AED1,500 which is very expensive compared with other workshops. However, we thought it’s fine as they claim they are competitor of Al Tayer Motors. When they return the car, we noticed Car starting issues, we complained about that and they told him to drop the car and they will look on that issue. its been more than one month now. Everyday they came up with new things- we need this part, your radiator got burned, your fuel pump needs to be changed, Your car has ECU issue, Your car Fuel injector is not ok, You car Crank sensor to be changed. At the end they told him you car engine is not ok, it’s like they basically destroyed his car for him to bare more cost on repairs!!!
