Scam Club and commission to girls for drinks

Scam Club and commission to girls for drinks

Triple Xo Club inside the Millennium Central Downtown hotel is a scam bar, where they attempt to trick you with wildly overpriced (more than 5x of the most expensive places in Dubai) drinks and food, based on highly misleading menus. Hotel staff is award of this bar scam inside the hotel but they do nothing to protect guests.

I matched a women in Tinder App. She is Colombian lady. And then, we managed to have a dinner date on 29 June 2024. I proposed a restaurant but she refused and mentioned that she want to have few drink in another lounge/bar in her hotel around 9:30pm. She invited me to a lounge called Triple Xo Club inside Millennium Central Downtown hotel in Business Bay, Dubai. The club is all empty and very few customers at night.

Firstly, I tried to look at the menu but the waiter tried to hide the price and it turned out the lady know the waiter. The tinder lady ordered 8 shot of whisky (each cost 500AED), 12 shot of tequila (each cost 400AED) and other items. She was consuming all whisky and tequila and other items. Finally, I asked for the bill and it came to over 10K AED in 2 hours (including 7% municipality fee for food and 10% for services charge). I do not authorize such overpriced drink/food and unnecessary municipality fee and services charge. This is an organized crime and they open a new bar and hire women (on the basis of commission) to take guys out on a date in the bar, subsequently boosting the overpriced bill. I hope someone can look into this matter.

Experience

I had a truly disturbing encounter at this club when one of the bodyguards physically attacked me without any provocation. It was a horrifying experience that left me not only injured but deeply shaken. The lack of accountability and safety measures in place is unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting this place for the sake of your well-being
