Always delayed, bad cleaning!

I have used whitespot a few times and I have to stay it is one of the worst cleaning services I have used.

Cleaning is never done right, dishes are ALWAYS dirty afterwards and the floor was not cleaned with floor cleaner….. why….

I have never had a cleaner arrive on time and the last time I was told my cleaner would be only a little bit delayed… 2 and half hours….

Do yourself a favour and don’t put yourself through it.

Complaint for 8 day delay in getting quotation

The whitespot team visited my house for inspection on 7-jan, and informed me that I will get quotation on Monday. Since after that I didn’t hear back from them, no email or whatsaap. I called Whitespot again on 13-Jan night to check the status for which I was informed that someone will visit or call me on 14-Jan morning at 8.30am. But no one called. I had to call back and got connected to Gee, who is my account manager or the person managing my account, he gave a lame excuse that there was a glitch in the system and so was not able to follow up.

Got the quotation after 8 days, for an emergency. THre was no water in the house because of the leakage and had to close DEWA Main supply for the same reason.

The cleaner so slowly she took 1 hour to clean a small balcony
She didnt mop the floor after the vaccum
She took my dirty mops with here without asking
She took my daughter launch box also

I booked cleaners back in November at 9am at 9:05am I texted them to follow up; they told madam sorry but the cleaner is sick and she can’t come to your place… 1st, usually you know if someone sick at 8:30am minimum as you need to drop them off to the client. 2nd, and the funniest story that they are keep calling me for an unpaid balance!!! Today was the 3rd time to call me after explaining in the previous calls what happened! it is so humiliating!! When I asked to speak the manager; didn’t want to talk to me… busy!! oh yea, busy by calling clients for money without getting the service; what a great manager!
