Disaster over 3 months of fake stories
Purchased online 2 side tables and they brought damaged ones. We called and informed them, after two weeks they exchanged only one and they said the other one will follow. We called after 2 weeks and they mentioned they will deliver it next week. They sent sms confirming date of delivery which was the same weekend. After 1 week we called and they said its not available in the warehouse and they will order and it would take 3-4 weeks. We are in the month of Oct and yet not there, everytime i call they say we will check and get back to you. Will this ever get resolved!! What a terrible customer experience

Not able to deliver a in “stock” item over 2 months
I ordered a rug online which was in stock. Upon the delivery date they informed me it is not in stock anymore. They can bring the item from Kuwait but I need to wait 2-3 weeks. I agreed. After 3 weeks I get a call the item arrived, they made a deliver appointment but on the delivery day nothing comes. It took 5 days to get somebody in over a dozen calls to tell me “sorry the item is not in stock”…? Their warehouse system is a big mess. After 6 weeks of my order I cancelled it as they can’t get any stock, at least they’re not sure about it… Very bad experience with customer service on the phone as well.

Terrible experience
I placed a few orders over Christmas at west elm. Most of the orders got cancelled – containing several items – due to no stock . I received a message to collect one order from the store . When I got there , the staff couldn’t locate it. No explanation, no refund, nothing. A few days later I receive another message to collect from the store . Same story, I went to the store and my orders are missing . I had never encountered such terrible customer service in my life. Save yourself some time and buy from another store .

Delivery and Item Quality
They keep lying to us that they will deliver our items and then they tell us they do not have our items. We have been waiting for a long time. They keep lying and we already paid. No one wants to help us and they all lie….. We will never purchase from them again… They are not to trust!

Disappointed delivery!
I am so disappointed with the delivery we booked for the 13th of October for the delivery but they even went to the wrong place and have to postpone for 3 days to deliver again.We have been waiting for the stuff for 1-2 weeks!
