We are a small team of experienced technicians operating under the leadership of Nick Wiltshire (Master Technician, certified by Audi UK) We strive to achieve the ultimate in performance and maintenance, and we aim to offer you a better service than the main dealer and at a price which is more affordable. We only use genuine OEM parts and we can achieve this as we don’t have the high operating costs associated with much larger operations. Scammed me of a work costing me my Brand New Turbos and nearly lost an Engine!!
I was cheated by them costing me approximately AED 30,000.00 dhs. They didn’t replace a part which they ordered and said they did blowing two brand new turbos of my S7!!! They also enquired a wrong part for my car and thus wasting 20 days of my time. I contacted them many times and didn’t pick up my call or respond to my whatsapp messages!! Turbo nuts came loose and could have blown my engine!!! Didnt replace the strainer on my car and billed me for 2 Strainers!! I was their loyal customer who recommended them in groups and all and yet I have no idea how they can stoop to this level and cheat me during such difficult times!!
