Water tank not working

Electrical work

This time I used the electrical dept, and I was not disappointed. They sent two electricians ,Nelson and King. They did a superb job with no issues, and cleaned everything up afterwards. I Would highly recommend them. I have be living in the Arabian Ranches now for 17 years and this is the best company so far I have found by far. WELL DONE !!!!

Was yelled at by the technician in my living room

Although I see that this company has excellent ratings my experience with them was horrible.

It’s probably that one employee that was assigned to my job that is the reason behind this rating and the company did not lift a finger to address this issue.

I have never faced this situation before where someone is standing in my living room yelling at me and making fun of what I am saying. It is rude and disrespectful.

Initially we booked one team (2 people) to come in for 5 hours, later the company called and said it will take longer thank expected and we need to extend to 9 hours, which I also agreed, keeping in mind that they charge by the hour. Then they requested to add another team (2 people) and I agreed as I needed the work to be done in one day, frankly speaking they were couple of chandeliers and things to be wall mounted but I understand that the chandeliers I bought were quite complicated to fix.

I then received a call at the 8th hour saying that they will come tomorrow to fix the remaining chandelier. I asked if this could be finished today as this was the initial agreement. The technician started yelling and saying these are not easy and we need more time, so I agreed to give them an extra hour to fix. At this point he yelled again and said we need more time, so I said fine 2 hours, and he needed more. So I explained that I am paying by the hour, and paying double for two teams. So eventually I will end up paying around 5k just for this company to wall mount some shelves and fix some chandeliers and I am not willing to go beyond that so he started laughing at what I said, to be honest not sure what he was indicating.

When this was escalated to the senior management of this company they said we are a big company and will take this seriously but you will have to pay the full amount and you will have to pay extra to fix the remaining chandelier, not sure what they took seriously to be honest.

Anyways, this was my experience with them, to be frank I think the technician was a wrong hire to the company because from what I can see people have rated them with 4-5 stars.

Hope from this review someone from the company will actually take this seriously
