I ordered some fresh peaches yesterday with a use by date of 24th Aug. When I opened the package 2 of out 4 of the peaches were moldy. I don’t know why the fresh products don’t regularly get checked.

Salmon was bad
I bought a pack of salmon and the expiry date was till okay but it smelled a bit off when I got home and it only took me 15mins till I got home. It was not super bad but defiantly had a smell to it and didn’t wanna risk anything.

I usually love the hot foods section at waitrose but this is the second time now that the mash tasted spoilt. The first time it tasted watery now earlier it tasted spoilt. I told the staffs already about it and they took it off right away, just very disappointed.

Bad experience shopping strawberries
I had bought Dutch strawberries( fine food brand) from dubai marina mall store on 19.11.24 paying double the price of lulu ones,thinking it would be really good.I was shocked that most of the strawberries were soggy and not even eatable

This is my first time i visited Waitrose and also my first time to try their cooked food. My colleague brought as in non Muslim area wherein there is an asian ready to eat food. I am happy to see asian non muslim food in such, i may say prestigious grocery. I was really disappointed to eat such kind of meal. Since it is asian food, i know what is the taste of two different meal which is the sinigang and spare ribs. Unfortunately, the food was like recycled, as the taste of sinigang and spare ribs is in one meal. As if they cooked pork sinigang where there is leftover and re – cooked in different spare ribs style and not finished and re – cooked as spare ribs seasoned with soy sauce. No picture was taken as i am very disappointed with the taste

Wanted to give compliments to staff Salahuddine who is mostly located at the Bakery in Waitrose Dubai Mall. Always full of energy, bubbly, runs to serve customers, has a really nice personality when serving, have never seen him tired and always working. Deserves a promotion, have been coming to Waitrose for last 5 years, so have seen first hand on his capability.
I always get my groceries from this perfect store. As the products are so fresh and amazing. Also, their prices and quality are extremely perfect!
