    Quantity of food is less – Less nutrious

    The food they have delivered were tasty, but having less quantities. Instead of giving more proteins, Vitamins and Minerals, they provided more rice, pasta, indian breads with less fibre content. Instead of giving high nutrious food with less carbs, they just reduced the quantity of food which is having more carbs, less fibre and less protein

    Dirty disgusting and broken bags utilized for food

    I am very disappointed by the recent program I started with vmeals. Despite the food is good and tasty, the delivery channel is a huge disappointment. Few days ago I found the food in a paper bag in front of my door, and this morning the delivery bag I got was disgusting, super dirty, broken as taken from trash. If this is the image this company is presenting, I am scared to think how their kitchen looks like. I use better bags for may animals food. Each time when I tried to speak with the account manager Sanjuna it was just a waist of time, this lady has no clue about the process details. So sad, because the food is good and tasty and I paid more than aed 7,000 already. Attaching pictures with today bag so you can see yourself where your food is coming from.

    The best I’ve ever tried

    The best in town. So convenient in so many ways from the food quality to customer service. Very attentive and helpful and they have solutions to every situation. I’m highly gluten intolerant and found it difficult to find meal plans that could accommodate my requests but with Vmeals they made my life so easy. Thank you guys and keep it up
