I had no fines or anything and will not return my deposit I even left the car back the same day because I had no longer any use for it ..won’t give a reason won’t answer calls these people are thieves and have ruined such a great holiday for me I am currently trying to claim my money back through my bank…again please do not fall for this you will regret it they will say anything to take your money
I rented a Cadillac Escalade here and had a very nice experience with the car, even the stuff was kind. Unfortunately they’re fake and have no intention on giving you back your deposit. They’ll ignore your emails and messages after you get back home from Dubai. So in total that Escalade cost me $2000 for a day in total. STAY AWAY!
