Vietnamese Foodies is an award-winning concept created by Owner and Executive Chef, Lily Hoa Nguyen. Since opening doors to its first location in JLT in January 2018, Vietnamese Foodies has now expanded operations to include a second location, which opened on the 25th of April 2019, in Downtown Dubai with a complete view of Burj Khalifa. Vietnamese Foodies mission is bringing the tastiest, most healthy and authentic Vietnamese cuisine to people outside of Vietnam.

Vietnamese Foodies’ two locations in Dubai offer authentic, fresh, naturally healthy and affordable dishes. Each location’s menu takes inspiration from the culinary diversity of Ho Chi Minh City and its abundance of flavorful and affordable dishes. All dishes are lovely prepared using the freshest ingredients using classic techniques – including Pho simmered for 14 hours – with the aromatic flavors of the food transporting diners from Dubai to the bustling streets of the Vietnamese capital with foodie favorites including Pho, Bun bo Hue and Goi Cuon (rice paper rolls) among many others. Vietnamese Foodies’ dishes feature the richness and abundance of textures and flavors that southern Vietnamese cuisine is recognized globally for, as it also features a variety of naturally healthy paleo, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free dishes, with many dishes cooked in broth or water instead of oil.
