Buying deal for a Masakin apartment

Hi,
I am very disapointed the way the deal is getting delayed without any hope further. Seems they are just taking it granted from customer and might be usual for them.

For the past 1 year, I was discussing with your agent for a apartment in Masakin Al Furjan. I was dealing with other agents too for an apartment in other community. I got a better deal and wanted if VIBGYOR agent can get the same deal for the said apartment. I wanted to go with your agent as I thought your agent as a capable person.

Your agent then offered me a deal for Masakin community and intimated it is mortgage free from owner and the deal can be completed within a short time before scheduled date.

Now it is almost 45 days and even the valuation report is not ready. Now even he is avoiding to my call.
Before 10 days he extended the date by 1 more month without discussing with me. His answer on valuation report for the past 1 month is it is under process and next week you will get. Now he is saying the tenant is not giving access to view by the valuation agency.

I asked for the contact numbers if tenant, owner & VIBGYOR manager to understand the truth, but for that also, no positive response from him. My family wish to view the flat, but even viewing of the apartment is not arranged.

Now, I am doubtful on your company’s credibility. Please resolve the matter asap. I am not going to extend further and will be forced to lodge my complain to land department of the deal is not getting closed before 19th October and get compensation as per law.

With this bad experience, how can I go with you for my 2nd property deal ?
How can the people will trust your company??

Please treat this message as serious and do the needful. Please let your Manager/head talk to me and intimate the truth.

Small child left with no AC

I have rented a house in Springs via Vibgyor Real Estate for under 1 year and am shocked and appalled by their lack of support for basic maintenance issues such as air conditioning in Dubai!!
I contacted them at 4pm to inform them my 6 year old daughters bedroom air conditioning was broken and her room was at 30degrees, they refused to send a technician and stated they first need to get approval from the landlord. As my daughters health was in danger I paid for the fix myself for 800AED and have requested compensation but this has been rejected 3 times as I should not have got it fixed and instead waited several days for them to get approval to fix the ac.
I would strongly recommend you use any other real estate firm in Dubai for rental, I am now planning on breaking my contract and moving as I can’t have my daughter’s safety compromised by this company.
