Disappointed with product

I purchased a Versace perfume from Sharaf DG Metro Station. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the product’s quality.

The tester I was given to try and the sealed product I received appear to be completely different. The fragrance of the perfume fades within 5 minutes of application, which is unacceptable for a brand like Versace.

Based on my experience, I suspect the product may be counterfeit. I had been sending email for the complaint to check the issue but no one seems interested. This is really disappointing & waste of money.

I’m really disappointed with their product. I purchased Dolce & Gabanna Light Blue 2 weeks ago, and I’m extremely disappointed with its quality. The perfume doesn’t stay on for long; it barely lasts for 5 minutes before the scent completely disappears. I have been using Light Blue for years, and even though it’s an eau de toilette, the original D&G Light Blue has had a pretty competitive longevity. I want to express my gratitude to burjuman team and Raneesh at Discovery Gardens Pavilion for his excellent assistance in helping me get my favorite perfume. I just received the perfume today, on August 5th, between 11-11:40 am, and I’m pleased to see it has a good Best Before Date.

One thing I previously mentioned and would like to reiterate is that it would be great to have the newly launched perfumes from 2022 and 2023 available, with various sizes to choose from, such as 30ml, 50ml, 60ml, 75ml, and 100ml. For customers like me with a sizable perfume collection, the smaller size such as 50ml and below is perfect for testing scents, while the 100ml size works well if the fragrance suits us or if we loved the perfume so much.

Disappointed by a Purchase

I asked my sister to get a perfume for me called Narciso Rodriguez Musc Noir Her Eau De Parfum 100ML for AED315 along with her order.

Unfortunately, this scent does not live up with my last bottle! It doesn’t last long; I have to re-spray it every 2 hours to ensure it stays, and then I stop using it.

I am very very disappointed by this expensive purchase. I threw away the packaging of this perfume when I opened it since I was so thrilled to use it that I couldn’t return now. I will never shop at this store again :(..

I really enjoyed purchasing perfume @vperfume as they are giving a reasonable and good price.
Majority of their staff are nice like Jeron @ discovery gardens pavillion branch ,that guy knows what he’s doing plus he is really nice.

I would say i really like this store ,but there is always room for improvement.

1. Please replenish your stocks with new range of perfumes for designer and celebrity as there are a lot of new fragrances that has been out on the market but still not seing in your online and physical store.

2. Always make sure that you offer different sizes (30,50 ML) of perfume not only 100ml.
Example: if a customer has a wide range of collection they rather find and get smaller than 100ml at least.
I’m sure lots of customer will like this idea.

3. Always make sure that all perfume has a fresh BBD .

4. Always give good discounts.

Hope the management will read this suggestions and it woukd be really highly appreciated.

Very bad fragrance

I actually like V Perfume and have been their customer for many tears. In the beginning I thought they were not original but later thry upped their game and started delivering good products.
Anyway, there is one particular fragrance I have been buying for many years and always use the same one as my signature smell.
A few days ago, I received a message that they have super sale and will be extra discount so I went and bought the same fragrance. Brought it home, opened it but it smelled very bad like it had been very very old amd sitting under thr sun for weeks or months.
So I took it back, the guy their tried it and immediately said ooh it stinks. He then called his manager and they then told me it will be sent for review with someone and they will then inform me later. I told them, I want an exchange right now or give my money back, so he called again and back and firth and eventually they said someone will bring a fresh piece frim a different store as they don’t have one here and will be here in 10 minutes.
Delivery eventually arrived after 48 minutes and he opened to test, but it too smelled horrible and I told them I am not taking this and he started telling me that it is the original smell, the one I bought before was fake.
Anyway, they had a tester sitting there, I asked him to smell that and the new to see or check the difference. He was huffing and puffing by then amd saying things in different language.
He brought the tester and as we smelled it, the tester smelled perfect just like the original, he ince again changed his tone and said the tester doesn’t smell right because it has been sitting out for too long.
I said look, I am nit taking the new one because it smells different and seems all tge big bottels 200 ml smell different than 100 ml and maybe that is why they are selling them so cheap today. But he was adamant that this new smell is original and the rest are fake. I told him, I can bring one I have at home and he can check the difference but he wasn’t having it, to tge point that he was being rude.
I said, I will leave, you keep the money and inform me when the new stock arrives. The guy who was pissed off now said, take your money as this fragrance will nit be shipped anymore as it is old and has been discontinued. I told him it was not possible as this is their flagship fragrance and it will never happen and checked online but his claim was falls.
I was quite mad by then as he was taking me for an idiot and kept changing his statements, by then manager got involved, other sale people got involved and they told him to shut up and confirmed his claim was not true and they will let me know when the new shipment arrives. They also returned my money and I then left the store.
I know the salesman’s name and even employee code, but I will not name and shame him here.

A case of Customer maltreatment at Barsha City Center Mall Arjan

I am a regular customer in your perfume shop and I have been buying from your shop for a long time. However, I need to draw your attention to what happened during my last shopping at your shop on the 18th of December, 2022. I bought perfumes at a value of 1047 aed and i paid with my credit card. I asked the branch manager there, about the prices of the perfumes, Dolce , gabbana intense and pacco rabbana after which i went to pick up gift bags. I came back to pay with my credit card and i left. To my surprise, he called me yesterday asking me to pay as payment didn’t go through. I then decided to go to him to know what the problem is. He told me that the payment didn’t go through and i asked for the prices which are approximately 950 aed. I thought the matter is resolved but only to receive a call from another person are manager asking me to pay for other perfumes which i didn’t buy. When I complained to branch manager of store he told me to please pay barcode prices and i disagreed with him because i feel that he is trying to make me pay for what i did not buy. I am also uncomfortable with the insinuation that if i do not pay for those items they will be regarded as being stolen by the management. When i told him that i take exception to any attempt at wrongly accusing me of theft he apologized and said it is not about me but it is about how the management will perceive it. I attach herewith the screenshots of what the made me paid and how much they are selling it in their stores. It is important that i bring this matter to your attention as issues of this nature are capable of tarnishing the image of such a reputable business organization as yours. It does not also augur well for a mutually beneficial business relationship between your Company and your Customers!

I went to V Perfumes and also checked their warehouse. The way the store perfumes is incredible. I have heard many people saying that fake perfumes and all literally sad to see those comments. Because I’m buying from V Perfumes frequently and the perfumes they are delivering are super amazing. The customer service agents are cooperative and return policies are smooth.
The perfumes lasting vary from body to body. If perfume is lasting for 2 hours on your body maybe last for 4 hours on my body. Don’t judge the perfume by lasting.

I am going to buy again at v-perfume union coop in international city. Its my worst experience ever this diwali festival. They ruin my diwali. They waited me for so long and they dont know to assist the customer. Also manager is there but he dont care to assist. As if i dont exist. Was at an outlet located inside Sharaf dj metro station over entering just over a min an employee approaches and asks us if we liked any perfume and said we dint like anything and our mind wasn’t on anything certain over which a reply was given stating we shouldn’t check out store if we do not have a mind to buy which was something I’ve heard for 1st time and wouldn’t bother entering that store again,
