I visited this restaurant with high expectations, but my experience was marred by deceitful practices and unprofessional conduct. Initially, the service was acceptable; the waiter provided us with the wine, cocktail, and food menus. However, I noticed that the drink menu did not list Hennessy, so I explicitly asked the waiter whether they had it. He confidently replied, “Yes, we do. Do you want Hennessy or Hennessy XO?” I clearly specified that I wanted a standard Hennessy, not XO.

We proceeded to order drinks—two glasses, each with a double shot, totaling four Hennessy shots—and enjoyed our meals. After finishing, I requested the bill. To my shock, I was charged an exorbitant 920 AED solely for Hennessy XO, which I never ordered nor was it presented to me initially. I immediately pointed out the mistake to the waiter, explaining that he had charged me for Hennessy XO instead of the regular Hennessy. His response was baffling: he looked at me and claimed, “Boss, we don’t have regular Hennessy, only Hennessy XO.”

I challenged him, asking why he had asked me which one I wanted if they only had XO, and why he brought me the product I explicitly did not request. He then retrieved another menu and pointed to a section where only Hennessy XO was listed, revealing that the restaurant was deliberately misleading customers. This was evident because they had multiple menus on the table—three visible and a hidden fourth menu, which included drinks like cognac and other high-end spirits. However, they deliberately did not give us this fourth menu to hide the fact that only XO was available. When I raised my concerns, they continued to deny the obvious, playing games with their menu and pricing.

The staff’s dishonesty was blatant. They asked which Hennessy I wanted, I confirmed my choice clearly from the start, yet they still manipulated the situation to push a more expensive item. When I confronted them, they tried to dismiss my concerns, and subsequently, another waiter came over attempting to justify their scam by showing me the menu after the fact. I told him it was too late, as the damage was done, and I refused to be part of their deception.

This restaurant is a disgrace. Their tactics are unprofessional, deceptive, and outright fraudulent. I advise everyone to be extremely cautious: always ask for every menu upfront, verify prices before ordering, and never trust their word if it contradicts what you see in the menu. Their intention seems to be to inflate bills dishonestly, and I will never return to a place that operates with such blatant dishonesty and disrespect for customers.

3-in the toilet there was no water for more than 20 minutes did not wash your hands after using the toilet.

4-the restaurant manager quarrels with his employees in front of the customers

manager is extremely rude.

5-My best advise, Customers please save your 500aed and go for real fine dining restaurants where treats you better!!

6- Food was just ok and over priced. Had high expectations but not worth it. Will never recommend.

Truly disastrous experience

When we were seated, it took the assigned waiter quite a while to approach us: he was busy talking with a very agitated person who turned out to be a manager. After half an hour we finally got our water and then our drinks arrived quite quick after that.
When we ordered food, we received the hot starters first and then when we asked where our cold starters were, the waiter looked lost and mumbled something we didn’t catch, turned around, and walked off. And it seriously took an hour and a half for them to serve our cold starters. No warnings whatsoever that it would take that long. We should’ve thanked them for the hot starters because our mains arrived cold! The servers would not explain to you what is going on, and you wouldn’t catch a manager: everyone is running around in a chaotic manner, everyone looks so agitated and anxious. I believe you already figured that there was no vibe to say the least. When we wanted to order another round of cocktails, the waiter was pushing us to get a bottle of spirit, which we firmly refused, then we faced another push, this time he tried to make us get some expensive gin with tonic water.
We made it to the desserts, which were great, and the only star I give to this place is for the desserts and cocktails.

The experience was so uniquely bad, it could only be deemed an achievement. It was like living in a simulation in which someone failed to properly program this particular restaurant. The view is great though.
