Srihdar Nagaraju made the buyout of my loans incredibly smooth and stress-free. I recently availed a personal buy‑out loan from another bank, and I would like to acknowledge the excellent support provided by Mr. Sri. He was completely transparent about all the charges — everything was clearly explained with no hidden fees, fully black and white. Although there was a delay due to the STL process, he never left me uninformed. He continuously guided and supported me throughout the entire procedure until the amount was successfully disbursed. His honesty and dedication are truly commendable.
One of their staff misled my husband by saying that their credit card was lifetime free and convinced him to take it just to help reach his monthly sales target. My husband never used the card, not even once, but suddenly we received a call saying we had an annual fee of AED 3,000 to clear.
We tried several times to contact the person who issued the card, and though he promised over a year ago that the fee would be waived, nothing has been done. We have not received any proper feedback from the bank or their customer service team despite repeated followups.
This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Very poor service, and we are truly disappointed. I would never recommend anyone to bank with them.

The arab bank is the worst bank ever, don’t even try to go there, unprofessional, the team lies to you just to bring you as a new customer to the bank and everything they say to you is a big lie , they always hide the extra fees and insurance fees that you have to pay for your loan and your mortgage, and they take the insurance for the total loan amount as first payment, and if you need to pay the outstanding they never give back your insurance, the customer service is horrible , if you need a clearance letter or liability letter they never reply, also the application is the worst app ever , even if you complain no one give a shit . All in all it’s not a trusted bank and it’s must to close arab bank in UAE.

I have had the worst banking experience with UAB Bank. I have been waiting for over a month to receive my clearance and have my blocked amount released, despite having paid all my outstanding dues in full. The call center repeatedly assured me that the clearance would be issued within a week, yet nothing has been done.
I have called the bank every day, and they have opened countless complaints on my behalf, but there has been no action, no update, and no sense of responsibility from their side. It is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to be treated this way as a customer.
I was a loyal client for a year, always paying my installments on time without any delays, yet when it was their turn to fulfill their commitment, they failed miserably. This bank does not respect its clients and lacks even the most basic customer service standards.
If you are considering banking with UAB, I strongly advise you to think twice. This has been a truly disappointing experience, and I will never trust this bank again.
