How I was able to recover my money back.

After losing $170,500 to an online scam, I felt devastated and unsure if I would ever recover my money. A friend recommended Mrs. Melissa Gilbert Agency, and I’m truly grateful I reached out.

Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the entire process. They worked diligently to recover my funds and kept me informed every step of the way.

Need to treat Piststop Arabia referrals better

I’ve been living in Dubai for about three years, and my visit to the Tyreplus branch in Deira in December 2025 for a tyre change and wheel alignment was disappointing, particularly since a Michelin employee was on a guest visit at the store. I waited over 50 minutes beyond the quoted time without any updates, and my questions about the work and pricing went unanswered, which felt below the standards expected from an MNC brand like Michelin. For improvement, I suggest the branch share expected wait times upfront, notify customers of delays promptly, and ensure staff treats customers who come referred by Pitstop Arabia with focus.

Disappointing service

I’m disappointed with the service here. For the kind of money they charge, I expected much better. Honestly, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.

Service Delays and Operational Inefficiencies

The staff failed to return calls or provide updates after promising to check on tyre availability and when I visited them in person, there was long wait times and delay in service. Don’t get me started on waiting area – it is not good for women.

Not worthy of price

I expected a premium experience at Tyreplus Dubai, but it fell far short. The store was shabby, the service lackluster, and the restroom was downright dirty—hardly what you’d expect from a brand like Michelin, especially given the high price of their tires. Disappointing.

Run-down shop and lack luster

I was at Tyreplus Dubai and was expecting a premium experience due to the Michelin brand. However, they were met with a run-down shop and lackluster service, neither of which lived up to the Michelin’s prestige or the high cost of the tires.

Deceiving practices

I had ordered 4 tyres online on Tyre plus and took appointment to install them in Tyre plus Auto Spa in Khalifa.
No tyres were there when I turned up.
They then proposed to order them for next day but for 20% more than the price I booked them for !!
I went to another place

Add discount on Entertainer but it’s not real

They overprice the item on offer so when the discount is applied, the final amount will be the same as regular price. What a shame….
