A fixture in Dubai since 1991, we were legal pioneers in the city and from here continue to build relationships, expertise and commercial connections across the region.

We work with government agencies, families and local businesses, helping them to make the most of the opportunities this exciting city offers. And we are the first port of call for many international businesses looking to do business in the UAE too. All of them have close relationships with our Dubai based partners along with the experience and expertise of our entire firm at their fingertips.

Dubai is a fast paced environment – many clients look to us to help them navigate both the local jurisdiction and the ever-changing commercial landscape. We often work with start-ups as well as well established businesses, helping them to negotiate contracts and avoid disputes. When things do go wrong we provide robust and expert counsel and are known for our skill in arbitration.

Rare in such a transient city – most of our partners have been here in Dubai for over a decade. This gives them a fluency in what matters most to clients and a deep personal local knowledge. These combine to give us the ability to help client predict outcomes – vital in such a dynamic market. Experts in construction, financial services and private wealth, we combine real understanding of Dubai with a finger on the global pulse.
