    Deceptive – don’t give what the promised. They tell me one thing, then change their story – even when I show them in writing – I will not use them again and tell all my friends to stay away

    Avoid at all costs!

    Wish I had something better to say as their founder seems “nice” – but Yikes! I’ve never seen someone backtrack, break promises, pretend he didn’t say things that are clearly in writing, and go back on his word so quickly.

    Poor quality products

    Can’t speak for their internet marketing services, but wow, their printing services (and their senior graphic designer in charge) are just truly terrible. Ordered a 3×3 roll-up which fell apart on us after 3 uses. The senior graphic designer promised to collect it, and repair it, when he couldn’t, he was all over the place with brazen lies. Backtracking on his word, attempting to twist our words, and just outright lying at one point. To make matters worse, they further damaged the banner in their effort to repair it, which they again brazenly lied about. Spoke to the founder, who was very “formal and polite”, but just as brazen a liar as his partner. What was weird is he didn’t need to lie, he could’ve just been up front and it’d have been fine. They really need to enhance their integrity, that’s for sure. After this stand fell apart on us, we bought another one from a reputable printing service, had it for over a year and not a single issue.
