    TRAIN Strength & Fitness is a 42,000 sq ft gym based in the centre of Dubai. We pride ourselves on having a vast amount of equipment and functional rooms to suit many training styles. One of our main aims is to provide fitness enthusiasts and trainers with a high end facility to do what they do best... TRAIN.

    At TRAIN-SF we don't believe in tying  people into contracts. We are confident that our facility speaks for itself in terms of quality and customer services, hence why we offer a range of flexible and affordable memberships options and day passes.

    I have been trainer in this gym for about 2 years and I have about 10 clients registered with me inside.
    Last morning I left my wallet at home because I left the house very early. That day my membership expired. My customer was waiting inside, although I said that I would pay 2 hours later, they did not let me in, I just said I would pay after 2 hours. Moreover, they know me very well.
    I was disgraced to my clients. I will not choose this gym in the new season and I will leave this gym with my clients
