Incomplete and rude service

On the 25th of January I had done pest control at my house from your service and the person who came to do the pest control told me that after 15 days if the cockroaches are not gone, I should call on any of the numbers on the bill and send them the bill and complain that it’s not gone yet and that they will come and do another round of gel and powder so that the pests will go. But I have been trying to get in touch with the numbers that are mentioned on the bill, in the beginning the person answer but now he has been ignoring calls on all three numbers from the past 3 days and this is a very bad and rude behaviour because the last time that I was on call he cut the call Midway when I was speaking. Kindly look into this matter because the amount of cockroaches that were there before the pest control have increased since the pest control and this problem is specially in the kitchen kindly look into this matter and send someone as soon as possible Because we have guest coming in next week and we cannot have a house filled with cockroaches.
