Worst experience so far
One of the worst experiences and worst insurance I have ever had. My car is in the garage for the past 2 months. My car was perfectly well until I had a small accident. I called the insurance, and got referred to one of their garages. After fixing the front part, they gave me back the car but with the engine broken! they didn’t fix the car at all. I could not drive safely out of the garage because the car was struggling to start. The insurance says they cannot fix it because it is not in their budget (lies, because it is covered), so the garage is taking money from me if I want to fix. They are clearly tied up, so would never ever recommend this insurance. They play around, managers don’t reply to the phone calls, and refuse to give a rent-a-car. Worst service ever. They only take your money and when you have a problem they turn their backs. Worst people I have ever dealt with. Hope management see this comments and acts on them.
I used their services because they are easily accessible, have a courteous staff, and give satisfactory vehicle insurance services.
