Good service received from the company

I’m happy for good service I received from Chidi Iweh when I visited the company for my car to be fixed.

Price Change / Misleading Service

I had a very disappointing experience. After agreeing on the tyre price, I was told during installation that wheel alignment would cost AED 250. Later, they reduced it to AED 150, which made the pricing seem inconsistent and dishonest.

They also advertised free nitrogen gas, but I watched them fill the tyres with normal compressed air instead. That felt misleading and unprofessional.

I decided to pay only for the tyres and left without having the alignment done. I went to another tyre shop where they charged only AED 100 for wheel alignment. They were surprised when I told them where I had bought the tyres and mentioned that many tyre shops provide alignment at no extra cost or as part of the service.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company due to the misleading pricing and lack of transparency.

Misleading on prices

Quoted good prices for tires and once inside charged heavy on alignment and other services. They quoted 760 and ended up paying 1100.

Fake warranty

I bought a brand new tires in September 2023 in march 2024 I have bubbles in all tires !! 6 month only , I came for the warranty . The salesman , supervisor , and the manager 3 of them each one have different opinions they are trying to find any ways to avoid accepting the tires in the warranty

Tire change

Ok service. But be careful with the alignment charges. They only do free checking. Alignment charges are a rip off. Better do it elsewhere.

Customer Service

I just had my tyres replaced. I would say they have an excellent customer service and their price are great!

Shout out to Mohammad Kinai for making sure that the driver arrive. He is a great guy. To Danyal, who replaced the tire, excellent service

Horrible Mobile Service

Be careful they don’t check all tires. They only replace the one you ask them to and they don’t run a quality check to ensure your safety on the road. I replaced a tire, drove my car and got alerts that my tires are still flat. Called them back for help and they told me I was on my own!!!!!!
Watch out they’re only here to sell you their products, they have no values and no experience in customer service.
