Description

The company started as a sole agent for Seiko in the UAE in 1971, followed by Raymond Weil in 1977. Since then, it has expanded its exclusive distributorship in the UAE which now includes world-renowned brands such as Seiko, Raymond Weil, Alba, Esprit, Fossil, Philip Stein and ICE Watch.

Al-Futtaim Watches & Jewellery also owns two proprietary watch brands, Kolber and Westar. Both brands were established in the early 1980’s and are now distributed in over 45 countries and 15 Duty Free outlets across the globe.

110606 my order thefe is no status of the order and they say it will take a week to deliver where other platforms deliver the next day i wonder who is leading a team of such irresponsible and lazy people, they say saturday sunday is off for a shop how can it be i wonder, there is no proper follow up there is no response for the customer until the order gets delivered he is under a improper assumption that the order will get delivered its so pathetic

They will not deliver on time

They will never be able to deliver on time. Very poor service no customer support at all provided. Very disappointed at their service. I ordered a fossil watch few days ago, i was suppose to receive the watch in 2-4 working days unfortunately after 6 days they informed it’s currently of of stock we will deliver as soon as possible. Once you place order dont expect any feedback from them, until and unless you call and check upon your order.
