For a long time, Gyms were tasteless in design with no character whatsoever and nothing special on offer apart from machines and white walls. They used to look like hospitals. The Warehouse Gym is a new concept that changes all of that.
The Warehouse Gym branches both a mixed and a ladies-only gym containing best in class cardio, strength, and stretch equipment. The friendly team of all-female personal trainers who are ready to help you start your journey to health and wellness right now!
We have a wide choice of group exercise classes that are a great complement to any training program. We offer a wide spectrum of classes that cover a variety of categories like Black Box, Crossfit, Cycle, Run & Ride, Boxing, Kids Boxing, Ladies Cycle, Ladies Black Box, Mobility and Flexibility, Circuits, Pole Fitness, Capoeira, and many more.

There are long waiting times to use the equipment and occasional debates as to who is next ion the line. I am not been able to complete my workout plan. What usually takes half an hour takes 2 hours. I requested a refund but the management refused, therefore I submitted a complaint with the consumer rights organization.

HORRIBLE PLACE! STAY AWAY!!!
The Warehouse Gym is an absolute disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.
The cancellation policy is a complete joke. Once they’ve sunk their claws into your hard-earned money, there’s no getting it back, no matter how much you beg and plead. It’s a blatant scam, designed to trap unsuspecting victims in their web of deceit.
But the real kicker is the treatment you receive from the so-called “personal trainers.” These ego-driven bullies act like they own the place, strutting around as if they’re royalty while the rest of us peasants grovel at their feet. They make it abundantly clear that unless you sign up for their overpriced services, you’re not even worthy of touching the equipment.
And don’t even get me started on the harassment. Those people think it’s perfectly acceptable to leer at you while you’re trying to work out, making you feel uncomfortable and violated. And if you have the audacity to report their misconduct, forget about it. Management couldn’t care less about your well-being; they’re too busy counting their ill-gotten gains to bother with trivial things like customer satisfaction.
I’ve lodged countless complaints with management, begging for a refund and an end to the harassment, but to no avail. It’s like talking to a brick wall – except a brick wall would probably show more compassion.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this humiliation. Spend your money somewhere you’ll actually be appreciated, because trust me, you won’t find it here. The Warehouse Gym is nothing more than a cesspool of greed and humiliation, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

Personal trainers at the Warehouse Gym are unprofessional and disrespectful.
Trainers are not giving their full attention to their clients, inappropriate behaviors on the gym floor and wasting their time on their mobile phones instead of focusing on the exercises we are doing. Ladies in particular feel harassed and uncomfortable.

Hello,
I was considering to subscribe to whygym DIFC, thus i booked a class through classpass to try it out.
Due to the traffic i was late for 15 mins , and when i arrived the class was going on in a public space. I was about to join queietly and i asked the receptionist Jay Lee but he was extremely rude with his behaviors.
First he said , i was late and i can no longer join the class. He was telling me to out with his hand gestures which I have never seen anything like this in entire life. He was exteremely rude! I asked him that i drove here allw the way from marin and i was late because of traffic and at least if i can run half an hout in thretmill. He didnt let me and he was raising his voice and coming in fromt of me to kick me out.
I asked help from other members and told them i would like to speak to the management, he was stoping anyone to talk to me and was just putting his ego and making sure i wont be anle to train instead of being kind and gaining a potential client.
This was the worst ever worst experience for me . I tried business bay and ibn before and i never seen this attitude anywhere. This is such a bad behavioir and zero manner receptionist For a gym like this
. There are many people who deserves a job in the market and this type of people just makes you lose customers!!

Pathetic management and group exercises coaches who run the group classes with deafening levels of music at 6 AM in the morning!
The deafening music and indifferent attitude of these coaches is going to ruin your hearing even with noise canceling earbuds!
Be prepared to get a headache while working out when these classes are going on.
You will not be able to listen to your personal trainers or speak to your gym buddies with the levels of music they play.
Strange that a company in business of physical health would be so careless about this topic which can impact their customers and staffs hearing health.
The front desk mangers seems to be helpless in front of these coaches who run these classes with zero respect for the members working out like dictators.
No emails on this topic written to the gym get answered and just shows the pathetic level of customer services in this gym.
Unfortunately I am locked in a long term membership and would be heading to fitness first upon expiry to save my hearing!
