Poor customer service

Very disorganised. I had a really good cleaner with them for 1 year and then suddenly they just changed her location and then did not sent anyone else at the time i asked, they sent a few people and they were all rubbish, did not clean properly, on their mobile phone.
Do not recommend them at all

No professionality no respect

This company service is one of the worst, I had some experiences with them. First staff who answer the calls are not well trained and not polite. Second if they answer and say give us a few mints and will call back then they do not call back at all. Briefly they have no respect to their clients

Have been a client at TPH for a couple of years now. Very happy with the service I received. Chris on the receiving end, super patient, respectful and always finding solutions.

Ratings are fake, avoid them at all costs

Customer service is horrible – they lie – agreed on a price and then went back on it. Then they called us a liar that we might have discussed with another company.

Their cleaners are in a bad shape. They came through Just life and then approached me separately. I had to give water and rest to the cleaners.

A fraud company who is just trying to skim money.

Unorganized and no communication

This is the second time we booked with them. Last time they sent someone on the wrong day and time. The second time noone showed up to the appointment and when I try to call them to see what time they are coming they busy line me. Absolutely impossible to find a reliable cleaning service in this country.

Unreliable

My experience with them started well with a reliable house help in 2021. In 2022, their service has dropped immensely with unreliability of service. Extremely disappointed. Right when I was beginning to trust a reliable company with my home management.

Extremely unorganized management

The management is extremely unorganized. They changed my schedule many times over the few months I worked with them WITH OUT any notice. Extremely unprofessional. They do not care about their customers satisfaction. I would give zero star to the management, if I could.
