The Lob Dubai

At The Lob, we set out to redefine what a sport and wellness club could be. Inspired by the origins of padel in Mexico, and the tranquil sanctuaries of Bali, we’ve created a space where movement, recovery, and social connection come together in perfect harmony. With six world-class indoor padel courts, a Movement Room and a Reformer Pilates studio designed for mindful well-being, and an Infrared Sauna for holistic recovery, every detail at The Lob has been carefully curated. But more than just a place to train, we are a community—a destination where members can push their limits on the court, find balance in wellness, and gather at our all-day dining restaurant to unwind and connect. Here, sport and wellness complement each other seamlessly, creating an experience that extends far beyond the game. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply looking for a space to recharge, The Lob is your home for movement, mindfulness, and meaningfulness.
