    Recover Your Lost Funds

    A sad and miserable experience with the clinic, its doctor Eiman, and their attitude toward clients.
    Yesterday, I drove to the clinic and scheduled a vaccination for my cat for today. After successfully booking the appointment—and based on previous experience—I asked for the price and was told 145 AED.

    Today at 11 a.m., I entered the clinic and there was no one around for several minutes. Finally, an employee showed up and we went into the examination room. Even though I had requested one vaccine, there were two sitting on the table, prepared, which just confirms my assumptions, that they are doing that on purpose, and making extra sales.

    The veterinarian tried to “upgrade the sale” as if we were at a marketplace, and was extremely unprofessional, even raising her voice—which made me seriously angry. I told her to just do what I came for and left the room.

    Then came the payment: 450 AED, which was far from the amount the receptionist told me the day before.

    Now, if this had been the first time something like this happened, it wouldn’t have been such a big deal. But this level of rudeness is something else—shameful.

    A similar thing happened previously during a different procedure. I was quoted one price, only for the final bill to skyrocket at the moment of payment.

    This is a disgrace—for the clinic and for the veterinarian (Eiman), who was incredibly rude and arrogant, which I have noticed that is not the first time as per the client reviews.

    It’s truly disgusting how this clinic tries to profit off our pets and deceive people.

    Fantastic experience with our Husky, it’s nice to see the vets and the assistants actually care about their customers family pets. They knew exactly what to do and how to make him better. Wouldn’t hesitate to take him back at all. Only hills vet clinic we will use in Dubai.
