    I really don’t know how this place classified as a 5star hotel?!! Very old filthy furniture, worn mattress that hurt my back (I swear I stretched my back every time I woke up) & on the top that water cutoff 2 times during my stay!!

    Worst exprience ever in the club inside the H hotel called Vision club and his manager “Mohamed” is too rude and not professional at all he seems like low standard person and the stuff there as well .. DO NOT Go there!

    Disgusting valet parking service. Incompatible with the hotel’s rating and general service. The staff keeps spitting on the floor every 2 minutes. I wouldn’t let them touch my pet leave alone drive my car. No one from the hotel’s management noticed how fast the drivers are driving the cars to the parking? Looks like the management doesn’t care about what is happening outside the hotel. I am a regular guest in the restaurant but this is one reason I stopped going to H Hotel altogether. Otherwise a lovely hotel.

    Housekeeping service in the morning shift was highly disappointing. Tea, water, toiletteries provided were all days short. Housekeeping staff in morning shift was discourteous. Whereas evening shift was courteous and provided requisite complimentary items.
    Room service food was too oily, unfit for health.
    The above was duly intimated to reception on checkout.

    I was on a vacation in the UAE with my family and we reserved a room at this hotel. The experience was amazing as the room was very clean and includes all the facilities we need. Also, the room service was perfect!
