Just the worse

they never approve anything even with golden package. Every time I have to sit in the medical facility 2-3 hours just to get approvals for basic test and medicine. Will never renew with them and will not recommend it to anyone!

Extremely disappointing experience with Mednet / Takaful Emarat insurance

I have insurance with Takaful Emarat administered by Mednet for almost one year, and it has been the most difficult medical insurance experience I’ve had so far. Approvals often take a very long time, and in many cases, essential medical services were not approved without a clear explanation.

Each time I called customer service, I received inconsistent information from different representatives, and at times, the communication felt unprofessional. Overall, the process was stressful and discouraging.

Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this insurance to others and would not choose this provider again. I sincerely hope the company reviews its procedures to ensure faster approvals and clearer communication with clients.

Lapsed My Policy & Premium Paid Posted In Suspense Account

Term Life Insurance Policy was lapsed i paid Premium they posted in Suspense Account & Its been 5months i am asking for Refund they are not issuing refund & asking different documents & bank details but not processing refund, I would highly advice please do not fall into cheaper price prey, they are giving lowest price as they know they would not honour at the time of Maturity of policy

Useless and a scam

I asked for cancellation and refund of my insurance after 1 month because it’s the most useless thing ever! Do not even think of purchasing from them! It’s been more than 1 month since they confirmed the cancellation ,they will not refund the amount this is fake policy. Terrible service = (—0 star)

Useless and a scam

I asked for cancellation and refund of my insurance after 1 month because it’s the most useless thing ever! Do not even think of purchasing from them! Every time I call and email, they have different reasons such as bank issues, technical system issue and because they do not have my passport details. Ridiculous excuse because how can i apply without my passport copy! At this point, they’re just holding my money! THEY ARE A SCAM! DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THEM!

Never use insurance service again

I paid family package of AED 38K a year for family of 3, thinking it will cover most of medical expenses .
Ended up that I am almost paying most of medical expenses over and above policy fees.
They have vague requirements, they confuse you by using Nextcare network services which adds only confusion to claiming process with no added value and when they stuck, they throw you back to the insurer.
Unreliablele app. Over all I regreted using the service.

They have wrong information on insurance market, and they also send you the wrong information if you ask them. Clinics which you see in their list as covered are actually not. At least in my case. And if you want to cancel, they are going to refund not the full amount but as per “their policy” even if you didn’t use it once. I will not recommend to anyone.

Not Recommended at all. your pregnancy coverage will be nil if it is not under their waiting period, advised not to take this insurance if your doubtful on your condition. Its waste to spend so expensive insurance and nothing is covering.

Medical approval

Living in Dubai for many years , I always had amazing insurances but last year I decide to shift to Takaful Emarat Insurance.
Unreliable and misleading.
They do not approve anything once you go to the Doctor – As I need a MRI take 1 month to evaluate doctor’s reports.
Since they don’t approve the tests there is no diagnosis, but every time are coming up with excuses over excuses every single time. If you read their reviews every single person complains and says the exact think I did !!!!!

This is unacceptable as non of us I think are going for pleasure to see and do different tests in hospitals.

I really hope people read all the reviews here before purchasing this insurance .

And I will not hesitate to escalate this matter to any government institutions !

To have a Chronic disease you need to have a diagnosis , to have a diagnosis you need to do Tests ! Since they don’t approve the tests there is no diagnosis.
