Horrible host at the door

We arrived at the club and were refused entry by Chloe, with no clear reason or explanation given. However we saw other groups of people being allowed in immediately right after us, with the same type of group and arrival situation. It felt completely unfair and strongly discriminatory – there was no justification for the different treatment. It’s really upsetting when staff act this way, especially when there’s no transparency. We won’t be returning and hope this is looked into properly – everyone deserves equal, fair treatment.

Finally Recovered My Funds After Withdrawal Issues

I had withdrawal issues with my investment and couldn’t access my funds. After finding a testimonial about Mrs. Helen Harris, I contacted her for help. She responded quickly, guided me through the process, and I was able to recover about $14,700. I’m grateful for the support and would recommend her if you’re facing a similar issue.

RACIST door policy

I would have given them zero stars if I could.

They’ll only let you in if:

a) you’re white
b) you’re barely dressed
c) you look like you have only one brain cell left
d) you know somebody inside (like the hostess, manager or even the security guard!)

Don’t bother wasting your time and money at a venue where the manager does not even know how to treat people respectfully. He’ll literally make you think that you’re welcome inside only to show you the way out – in front of everybody at the entrance. A classic example of how a pathetic nobody lets a little power get to his head so he thinks he can do whatever the hell he wants.

Don’t even get me started on the hostess and the security guard who were clearly rejecting people on the basis of their skin color. What makes it ironic is that the security guard himself was a man of African descent. Modern day racism at its finest, I’d say.

It’s one thing to market yourself as a cool and trendy beach club but if you don’t know how to welcome your guests (guests who might have travelled from all over the world just to party at your venue) then you’re not as “cool and trendy” as you’d like to believe. Something which became clearly evident when we saw people leaving the venue as early as 11pm even after being let in eventually.

I think in this day and age, it’s up to us as responsible consumers/partygoers not to let such establishments get away with this kind of racist behavior. Ditch this stupid club and go somewhere else where you’ll probably have ten times more fun minus all the unnecessary drama – because you know what’ll always remain cool and trendy: being kind and respectful.

Gone down hill so much over the past year

This venue has fallen off the Dubai scene HARD. Most of our social circle have stopped going to Surf and have favoured the other venues on west palm beach instead. FRSH at Surf Club on a Friday night has a nasty, unfriendly vibe, frequented by London’s z-list nobody’s hiding behind their firework laden bottles and ridiculously inflated egos. Literally no one looks like they’re having fun and the music had also dived. It’s literally the same playlist in order every week. This night is tired and already dated. The “mixed group” entrance policy means people can rock up with any random people waiting outside. Dubai still had a long long way to go. This place isn’t in any way cool except for the stunning location which is let down by the nasty crowd it attracts.

Warning: A Disastrous Experience at the Worst Event Venue – Save Your Time and Money!

It’s the worst place to attend an event. I had an extremely bad experience. They talked about entry fees almost every other day, stating no pre-booking allowed, and that entry is available in real-time. However, when I visited even one hour early, they denied entry. There were around hundreds of people waiting for more than 2 hours, and they were left disappointed. It was complete chaos. The staff was rude, and it was extremely expensive for no reason. They were trying to exploit people, asking for 15k AED for real-time reservation. Please, if anyone is reading this, don’t waste your time and money in such a bad place.

Very bad layout

Your layout is a joke. How can the whole dance floor be “vip”?
People pay almost a 100 dollars to get in to a music event and can’t even see the dj! With no place to stand/dance other than the pathways and in front of the bars where people are ordering drinks.
Worst organization
