had the misfortune to hire a car from Superior Car rental whilst on a visit to Dubai. The litany of problems and errors was of an extraordinary degree. I could write a 1000 word essay on my experience with these cowboys. For that reason I will keep it short and to the point, but still a memorable review, I wonder if they will take heed of what I have to say.
I booked a Porsche to be delivered to my hotel at 8am, when the car didn’t arrive by 9.30, I called them, it appears they forgot about my time request, the driver arrived at 11am, this was too late we planned a road trip to the mountains. We rebooked for the next day.
I asked if they would change the car to an Audi R8 instead as a way of compensating for the mishap.
The driver turned up in the same dirty interior Porsche 911.
The car arrived late again, the carpet (see pics) was still dirty, even though I pointed this out previously. I lost 2 hours due to late arrival of car and paperwork.
Once on the road I noticed the car had no water in the washer fluid bottle and fire extinguisher under passenger seat was missing.
I messaged them, I received an apology from the delivery driver but not from the company.
Since I returned the car I have mailed the driver, the manager, accounts manager, main office………nothing. No one had attempted to explain why the car was late, dirty and what I believe ‘not fit for purpose’
I have attached the numerous messages and pictures I sent to Superior car rental.
I have visited Dubai many times, working for the tourist industry in Dubai. The matter is not resolved, I will escalate this matter with higher powers, it may only be a car rental, but it is a blight on a country that prides itself on service, honesty and integrity, Superior car reveal are far from this.
Use this company at your peril. They are amateurish and won’t answer your messages and calls once they have your money.
Never again.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a car rental company. They falsely accused me of causing damage, and I was charged unfairly with no proper proof or explanation.
But what shocked me more than anything was the way I was treated — like I didn’t deserve to be heard or respected. It was clear that they are not trustworthy be careful they scam people.
To Superior Car Rental: I hope you reflect on how you treat people. Everyone deserves respect, regardless of nationality or background. They are not all good people at all.

2 locations en 6 mois, la première ils m’ont sous classé sans prévenir, ils m’ont livré une voiture plus vieille et moins belle… ensuite ils ont mis plusieurs mois à me rembourser le dépôt de garantie…. la seconde j’ai réservé plusieurs jours à l’avance avec un vendeur sur WhatsApp, mais on m’a averti le matin de la livraison du véhicule qui n’était pas disponible! et pour me faire rembourser j’attends toujours mon argent, malgré les relances! entreprise vraiment pas sérieuse à éviter.

Unpaid refund

I recently returned from Dubai (UAE) where I was taking a family holiday (Arrived Dubai Sunday 14/April – Departed Dubai Sunday 21/April)

Part of our holiday was to rent 5 exotic sports cars from “Superior Car Rental” to drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi on Thursday 18/April.

We paid the full rental amount/full comprehensive insurance and delivery Fees in advance….The total cost was AED$20,497.00

There was a severe storm in Dubai over the period 16/April and 17/April causing extensive damage and severe flooding……As a consequence of this storm superior car rental was unable to deliver the 5 vehicles to us on the day of our agreement and had to cancel the agreement based on their “Inability to Deliver the Vehicles”.

At the time Superior Car Rental agreed to issue me a full refund of all monies paid and indicated that they would process the refund in an immediate sense.

It has now been over 1 month since I returned to Australia and I still have not received the refund.I continue to contact Superior Car Rental via email and whats app but they no longer reply to my messages.

Be careful of this company don’t trust them….They are unethical and dishonest

They sent me contact to 2 delivery managers and none of them answered. I informed the reservation department that they ruined our whole planned day and or I get money back till noon or I contact the police. There is still no money on my account. Keep out of this company – they probably offer good prices just to take money from clients. This company Is a joke!

These guys VICTIMIZE TOURISTS by doing false adverting and unjustly taking your money to repair their old car.

We rented a Maserati during our holiday. Unlike what’s advertised, the car we got was very old, including some issues, some of which made us feel unsafe during our drive.

We reported all the issues on WhatsApp to them including the safety related concerns as well during our 1-day rental period.

They responded to us in writing, and we were promised to be given certain fair treatments (waiving extra mileage for example).

Upon returning the car, they did not mention or highlight any defects and we thought the remaining process would be smooth just like our experience in Dubai.

After we returned to our country, our stress started. They did not keep their promise. Furthermore, unlike other car rental companies, we did not receive our deposit within a couple of weeks.

To our shock, about a month later, they sent us a message blaming that we damaged their car, and they will forfeit our deposit.

We tried to resolve this amicably but 1 month after the car rental, we saw the charges appearing on our credit card statement. They forfeited our deposit, charged us for extra mileage instead of keeping their promise.

WHAT A DISGRACE! We had such an amazing experience in Dubai if not for this scamming rental company! They prey on busy groups of international tourists like us.

Damaged cars and bad customer service

Me and friends recently went to Dubai and hired a Ferrari 488, and 2 Hurucan Evo spyders from superior.

On arrival the Hurucan evo spyders were no longer available.

I received my Ferrari 488 and after 30 minutes of driving the breaks were squeaking very loudly. It was atrocious.

I asked for this to be swapped or a refund given. They offered a normal Hurucan. I accepted the offer, after receiving the Hurucan the service light appeared and then the next day the roof stopped working (pictures attached).

I requested a refund for the car and for it to be collected as I was paying for a Spyder but the roof was broken. The company declined the refund and asked me to come all the way to their office to see if they could fix the car. This took me an hour with Dubai traffic, being Saturday midday.

I was left with a damaged Hurucan Spyder that had a broken roof and refused my request for a refund.

On top of all this I was also charged 150 aed for fuel after returning the car even though I had to travel to and from their office.
