We rented the G63 for one day and it was truly a great service. Damaged cars and bad customer service

Me and friends recently went to Dubai and hired a Ferrari 488, and 2 Hurucan Evo spyders from superior.

On arrival the Hurucan evo spyders were no longer available.

I received my Ferrari 488 and after 30 minutes of driving the breaks were squeaking very loudly. It was atrocious.

I asked for this to be swapped or a refund given. They offered a normal Hurucan. I accepted the offer, after receiving the Hurucan the service light appeared and then the next day the roof stopped working (pictures attached).

I requested a refund for the car and for it to be collected as I was paying for a Spyder but the roof was broken. The company declined the refund and asked me to come all the way to their office to see if they could fix the car. This took me an hour with Dubai traffic, being Saturday midday.

I was left with a damaged Hurucan Spyder that had a broken roof and refused my request for a refund.

On top of all this I was also charged 150 aed for fuel after returning the car even though I had to travel to and from their office.
