I had such a great experience staying at Golf Vita in DAMAC Hills. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I really loved the overall building and all the amenities. Everything was convenient, and the place had such a nice atmosphere that made me feel really comfortable throughout my stay.I also want to give a special mention to the agency stometree holiday homes I booked through. The whole team was amazing from the start. They were very responsive, professional, and helpful with everything I needed, and communication was always quick and easy. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were always available and handled everything smoothly.Overall, I’m really happy with my experience, both with the apartment and especially with the agency. It’s not always easy to find a place that actually matches the expectations from the listing, but this one definitely did. NYE fireworks

We spent the second half of December 2025 in unit 1501 at Time Place Tower, and it was a fantastic experience. Dubai Marina is incredibly busy this time of year, so having a base right on the Marina Walk was a game-changer. We could just walk to dinner or Marina Mall without worrying about the traffic jams.
​The apartment itself (15th floor) was spacious and bright. It had a nice view that really made us feel like we were in the heart of the city. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was great for making breakfast before heading out. The Stonetree team was super helpful—they even gave us tips on where to watch the NYE fireworks. If you want to be in the center of the action during peak season, this is the place.

How the company responds to challenges

Overall, it was a good stay. There were some issues at check-in — I believe it was a back-to-back situation, as the previous guest had just checked out before my arrival. The apartment wasn’t fully ready, and there were noticeable stains on the sofa and the carpet.

That said, the team reacted very quickly once I reported it. The cleaning was arranged promptly, and they even offered a complimentary cleaning during my stay as a gesture of apology, which I really appreciated.

Mistakes can happen, especially with tight turnovers, but what truly matters is how they are handled. In this case, the team handled it professionally and efficiently.

There’s definitely room to improve in terms of final checks before guest arrival, but overall I felt supported and taken care of.

I was really suprised with full service which company providing! They provided for me transfer from airport for all my family, that guy Maksim was really kind, helped with our luggage, bring direct to apartment, showed everything, all amenities, explain everything really clear, showed me point for take a good breakfast with my family. I stayed in an apartment in the JLT area on a high floor, and the view was honestly one of the highlights of the stay. Floor-to-ceiling windows with a city view that looks especially impressive in the evenings.

I often found myself just sitting by the window and enjoying the view after a long day.

Overall, the stay in this apartment was very good. There were some small difficulties during check-in at the beginning, as the security at the reception couldn’t find the email right away.

However, the situation was resolved without much trouble, and the team handled it politely and calmly. As a gesture for the inconvenience, they offered a complimentary cleaning during our stay, which was a very pleasant surprise and truly appreciated.

One of the biggest highlights of this apartment was the balcony. During the winter season, spending time there was especially enjoyable. The balcony overlooked a green area — possibly a small park or garden — and the view felt peaceful and relaxing.

For me, the balcony and the green view were the strongest advantages of this apartment and

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!

Stonetree’s service is absolutely terrible!
Their communication is misleading, they string you along and repeatedly fail to keep their promises. There were many defects in the apartment, which I complained about multiple times, and they could have been easily fixed.

I’ve been trying to get my deposit back for over a month now and every time they come up with a new excuse.

We left the apartment a month early. We paid a lot of money but we absolutely did not want to stay in their apartment any longer. I’ve filed a police report, hired a lawyer and even now they keep coming up with excuses.

Terrible service. They are scammers!

Beach vista Tower 1 great place to stay it was restful and relaxing view from our 2201 room . We made the most of our stay by being in the apartments only during our stay , however I have something against the multilevel parking we park P3 56 and the climb tarmac was narrow you we have to negotiate the curve carefully for our suv I wish there was more space to easily negotiate the parking , having access card seems complicated , it could have been more less effort for us especially when we have our luggages .. Stonetree staff were very helpful and Raine was excellent again many thanks definitely a must to recommend your organization wishing you more success in your future business dealings Cheers!

THE WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER MADE IN DUBAI!

Avoid at all cost. this Company is scamming people and let them live in over costly flat with mold, smell, noise and parasits. They promise you to fix issues imediatly and didn’t solve my issues for almost 6 weeks.

Further they was not willing to let me out of the contract earlier or give me a particial refund, so I can live without mold, horrible smell an parasits. I was forced to stay there, because I’ve couldn’t afford to pay twice. These guys are scammers, thieves and just overall horrible people.

Their customer service is absolutely incompetent and rude. the Maintaence Team, came 8 times without fixing any issue properly. So basically I had to take of from work or leave my door open 8 times for no reason. 2 Times they didnt show up at all.

The Team of Stonetree didn’d offer any compensation to me at all, they forced me to live there and gave me fake promissies every day.

I was facing the following issues for weeks:
– mold in the bathroom and moldy smelling apartment
– moldy kirchen equipment
– parasits coming out of the moldy furniture
– water was maximum warm, not hot
– construction area directly across
– AC was not working
– broken kitchen cabinets
– broken bathroom cabinet

Therefore I was paying a very expensive rent and got no service or remedy at all.

I initially had a positive interaction with the agent, identified as “+971506830231,” when inquiring about a short-term rental studio through the Stone Tree Group real estate agency. However, as we approached the conclusion of the transaction, I requested the payment link for the deposit. To my disappointment, I received no response, and it seemed as though the agent had completely disappeared. There was no communication regarding whether the apartment was still available or not.

I found this lack of communication and transparency quite frustrating. It would have been much appreciated if the agent had simply responded and informed me that the property was no longer available, allowing me to explore other options without delay. It’s disheartening to encounter such unresponsiveness, especially when dealing with financial matters.

Stone tree is fraud. They have worst employees even managers are worst. Customer services is poor and they have worst culture we ever experience. They over charge the customer and don’t listen customer complain. Try to charge every customer for the things they haven’t done. From Manager to Direct everyone is corrupt and thief.

I strongly advise not to do business with Stonetree group rentals in dubai. They do not care about their customers and only favor landlords to keep as much money as they can hiding behind baseless rules and regulations when you face issues. They kept my deposit from me because I decided to not extend my stay after first considering to stay stating that it’s already confirmed and they will not return my deposit which was atleast notified a month earlier. Even after advising them that treating their clients like this does affect their reputation they proudly responded they dearly act as per their reputation. Don’t do business with this company they will take your money.

These people took my apartment for a year and for whole this time, i never got any dirham from them. Moreover, they are renting my apartment and feeling fine. Its not fare for me as an owner. These people are scammers, rats. Not replying, late reports! and same answers for everything: low season. it means that whole year they were not making any money, that’s how they are keeping my apartment. Cant wait to leave them. Never trust these people! Dont make my mistake..

DO NOT RENT FROM STONETREE GROUP!
As a single female in the UAE I rented an apartment from them. Due to their error I asked them for compensation (they failed to renew a permit via Dubai Tourism and placed me in a shitty apartment with cockroaches and leaks until the permit got renewed which took 5 days) expecting them to be reasonable. They threatened me and told me they would kick me out of the apartment if I didn’t give them all the money for the full month (even though I lost 5 days in a different apartment miles outside of Dubai). Because I left unsafe they would kick me out I checked myself out and now they’re threatening to keep my deposit. I will take this all the way to Dubai courts if I need too!!!!

British Ex-Pat travelling to UAE for over 10 years

I have had the worst possible experience with this company and would not recommend anyone to use their services.

Seemingly slightly lower rental prices compared with other holiday home providers but horrid customer service and faults (broken fridge, terrible mattresses, water leaks) across the apartment that do not get resolved for weeks without apology but instead with arrogance and rudeness. You are then met with a significant increase (x3) in original rental price if you want to extend for an additional month.

On numerous visits and calls with their employees – several complaints have been made even by their own team who describe their own company as incompetent and terribly operated. There are a few good individuals (some of whom had left the company during my stay) but the company management is unbelievably bad and low for a Dubai licensed firm. They should have their license reviewed following full investigations of their company, they are not a true reflection of Dubai standards and should be reported to authorities. No tourist should have to deal with such a rogue trader.

I would not touch with a bargpole. Steer well clear!!!!!!
