Description

We are changing the way people travel and live by offering homes that are beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped. We provide a hassle free end-to-end digital experience that gives our guests far more value than a hotel or traditional stay.

How did we start?
As avid travellers, our story begins like many others—plane ticket after plane ticket. For work and for pleasure, we travelled regularly in and out of hotels. The expected drab decor, cramped spaces and out-dated inconveniences, grew tiring.

It was time to try something new; we followed the buzzing new trend of holiday homes, for the first time. We loved the experience, at first. Big spaces, personal kitchens and helpful hosts. But it wasn’t always the case, we also experienced messy homes, lack of customer care and lengthy check-ins. The decision was unanimous, here’s a problem that needs solving. How can we refine the modern hospitality experience? How can we ensure the certainties of a hotel combined with the comforts of home? In 2019, Stella Stays was established and we are doing just that, redefining hospitality.

What a terrible company

They agreed to a full refund and now changed their decision to a voucher. I cancelled bs d on their confirmation of a full refund to my original payment method. Ananya is the most unprofessional dishonest person there. Avoid this company unless you want to be cheated.

Withholding deposit

Have recently checked out and have been told i have broken a lamp and a table – the lamp was reported broken at the start and the table was fine.

They have not acknowledged the discrepancies in my replies to them about this and instead changed what they have said which you can see in the attachments…. Bit of a shame really as overall the place was alrite.

Just have to be careful with getting your deposit back – would advise on checking and documenting every piece of furniture when you move in but even then i dont expect that would change anything.
