I have been visiting this salon for the last 6 years now and I feel sorry to say that Stella has been steeply edging towards unprofessional service and behaviour of its staff. As they say when a business starts earning more revenue from loyal clients such as myself, the quality of service and professionalism drops towards disappointment. Lately the quality of their hair color has been so bad that within just 2-3 weeks the colour starts wearing off whereas earlier it would last 3-4 months. Secondly, the staff who makes bookings is extremely careless, unprofessional and useless. I booked an appointment for spa mani pedi with gel polish and waxing of arms and legs for today at 4:00 pm. I was told the booking is confirmed about 1 week back with the professionals that I wanted it from. However today after driving for 1 hour to get there all the way from Marina, I am told that “oh the waxing technician you booked with is busy with someone else and that I could start with mani pedi instead. How does it make sense to get scrubbing and massage done and then ruin it all with waxing and stickiness. Their owner said we booked based on the technician’s availability” but not once was I informed via message or phone that this is how they have booked. They just chose to do it their way with zero respect and value for a loyal customer who goes all the way from Marina to Silicon Oasis just for the service. Instead of apologizing they started convincing me to do how they wanted it done but today I have had enough. After giving them so much business over the last 6 years, this is how they treat you. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED ANY MORE!!! Go at your own risk but I will definitely not set foot in Stella again and with me they will lose 6 other clients who started going there because of my reference.

Disappointing Customer Service and Behaviour
