Especially in the summer months. Choose an agency that will exclusively exhibit only your apartment. It is impossible to terminate the contract for free. You have to pay $450 for termination. Just think about it. A million companies that terminate for free with a month’s notice. There are only 2 types of contract in this company. With a warning for a year and 3 months. And they take 20% while many take 15%. They rent an apartment for 30% of the real cost. They don’t agree to your terms when you want to lower the price in order to make some kind of profit. You will not receive anything and your apartment will be empty during the summer months. Because they need to rent out all the apartments in the building, not just yours. It makes sense to work with this agency if you have bought a floor. Then they will give the apartment a priority. They have bad conditions, a lazy team and a bad advertising promotion company. ATTENTION ALL SHORT TERM LEASING INVESTORS: Do not even think about giving any business to Staycae. Their only objective is to maximize returns for themselves. They manipulate expenses to reduce and in most cases eliminate any possible returns to the investors. They have the worst customer service. That’s if you manage to get a response from anyone in the first place. To have a negative net ROI within the last 11 months is absolutely rediculous where annual leases generate a net of 6%. Their contracts are one sided where they are well protected making it impossible to exit. JUST STAY AWAY FROM STAYCAE. Please spread the word.

I would like to share my experience with company which is full of lies. Damac and staycae were after my life to join this dishonest company. They promised me i would get an amount of over 50,000 aed per year, but unfortunately i got less than 25,000 from them. In the contract it mentioned that they would pay ALL bills like empower, dewa, etc. and i found out that there was a 1800+ bill not paid from empower which eventually disconnected the service from my unit and also there was a 118 aed for dewa which was also not paid. In order for me to get rid of this horrible company and end the contract in advance i accepted to pay the bills. Not only that, but they also made me pay over 3000 aed dirhams cuz according to them they were paying services and my unit wasn’t bringing them any money which is a BIG FAT LIE. I have a studio in a very prestigious area called business bay and its only walking distance to Dubai mall, how can such a property not bring me money and i come out with debt? Their customer service is horrible and unprofessional, they don’t get back to you and when they do, they only tell you lies. And although Damac was advertising for this company but when i contacted damac to find me a solution they said they had nothing to do with this company. I advise everyone to stay away from this company cuz all you;ll get is lies and fake promises.

I booked a property DAMAC GHALIA in JVC and the booking was cancelled 10 days prior to my guests arriving for Christmas. This was a non-refundable booking, payable at the property. The booking was confirmed in October – 2 months prior to the visit. The reason for cancellation was listed as issues with card payment. How could there be card issues, I HAD NOT PAID. If there were issues the company should have called or contacted me. Instead only an email was sent. After contacting the company the had nothing to say, lied on the phone and proceeded to continually hang up and not answer any questions regarding the booking. EVEN IF PRICES ARE LOWER THAN OTHER SITES DO NOT BOOK.
