Soul Kitchen Dubai

Business Bay’s waterfront is now home to Lebanese export Soul Kitchen. Already a popular restaurant in Beirut from Factory People, the eatery has landed in the city inside the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront. Set to be the first of three concepts, which will open in full by the end of the year, Soul Kitchen boasts a terrace (perfect now winter is around the corner). Soul Kitchen is billing itself as a multi-room experience and it’s larger than its original Beirut venue, which has a vinyl room and speakeasy.

Soul Kitchen serves up a menu that fuses Levantine and Latin American flavours and hopes to bring alternative culture, art and talent to diners. Wondering what’s on the menu? Arab and South American flavours mesh together with dishes including raw starters like local sheri crudo, salmon and beetroot aguachile, classic sea bass ceviche and vegan lychee ceviche.
