The worst rent a car in Dubai and probably in the world
This is by far THE WORST CAR RENTAL I EVER HAD EXPERIENCE WITH!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
There is not even a single thing that was good about them. I live in Dubai and had experience with several car rentals, and renting from them was an absolute nightmare.
Let’s start from the beginning.
1. I rented GMC Yukon for 1 month, paid the rental price, paid the deposit, and everything seemed fine, but on the day of delivery, they told me GMC needed to go to service, and they would send me a replacement for a couple of days. They sent me photos of the Chevrolet Tahoe, on pictures, it seemed fine, so I agreed. But, when it arrived, it was dirty like I’d never seen something like this. Photos attached. I said I wouldn’t accept a car in this condition and if they could not send me GMC Yukon that I paid for, I would want them to refund me my money. Their answer was that they have a NO-REFUND POLICY and that I have 2 options: 1) wait for GMC and drive Chevrolet or 2) return Chevrolet and wait for GMC without a car. Not to mention that nobody felt the need to apologize or say anything to try to fix the problem – quite the opposite, their attitude was very unpleasant and aggressive at that level that I had to ask them if they were criminals instead of a company because that’s not the way to talk to your customers. After a lot of back and forth and getting pretty stressed, we finally agreed that they would return the Chevrolet and send me the Yukon in a couple of hours.
2. Late night that same day, Yukon arrived. It was clean and in a very bad mechanical condition – broken glass, parking sensor ripped off (pictures attached), none of the parking sensors were working, when moving a wheel it produced some weird sounds as it will crack at any time, and many other details, but since I needed a car for tomorrow morning I accepted it and honestly didn’t have nerves to argue again with aggressive representatives and to go again through the same stress as I had for Chevrolet.
3. After a week or two (don’t remember exactly) they called me to tell me that Yukon needs to go to service for regular maintenance and they would send me a Cadillac Escalade. I agreed. Cadillac came, it was a very good car, but then problems started about Yukon. They started telling me that I had broken the glass and the parking sensors on the Yukon, and I was shocked! I thought it was some kind of bad joke. They were very unpleasant, and I started to become more aggressive since I couldn’t believe this is actually happening and that they want to blame me for the damage. I told them that they took a video of the car on a delivery day and to take a look at the video and they were repeating that on the video it is not quite clear is it broken or not!!! So they were calling numbers, checking and I was waiting for 45 minutes until they said IT’S OK. But… the gasoline level in Yukon was 70% and they gave it to me at 100% so I need to pay now for 30% of gasoline. I told them just to return me the car with the same gasoline level where I left it and it will be fine, but they said NO, we must return it with 100% gasoline level according to our policy so I need to pay now. I said ok and they asked me to pay 250 aed for 30% of the tank!!!! I was shocked and told them that the full tank costs less than 150 aed so these 30% would cost around 50 aed. They called the manager and said 80 aed, so I paid.

After a few days they returned the carcky Yukon with the same broken glass and broken parking sensors and after a week or so, my rental period finally ended so I returend the car and asked them to give me back the deposit. They said the deposit will be returned to me after 30 days because they need to wait to see if I get any traffic penalties.
5. 30 days passed, I called them and asked for my deposit, they asked for my bank details and then nothing… Day after day, nothing is happening and when I called them to ask about deposit their answer was that I need to be patient. Their explanation was that they have hundreds of transactions a day and their bank limits them to only 7 transactions a day, so I need to wait for my transaction to be processed. With the simple math, that means I would need to wait for months to get my money back.
6. Then I exploded, enough was enough, so after a lot of back and forth and a lot of nerves lost, we agreed that they would prepare cash and that I could come to their office to pick it up.
NEVER EVER RENT A CAR FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!
I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH BAD WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS ORGANIZATION THAT CALLS ITSELF A COMPANY.
You cannot ask for a better service overall. Everytime I come to Dubai, i am enjoying the experience of different fleet of magnificent cars with very unique colours. Some cars are limited edition and very hard to see on the streets of Dubai. Their delivery service has never disappointed me and cars cleannesses level will astound you. yes it takes some time to refund you deposit but this is how it is with all car rental companies (at least they refund the deposit according to physical/virtual proof. Here is few of my experiences with renting different cars from the company
They gave us the wrong car and promised the right one 2 hours late. Ended up being 5 hours delay to our one day trip out of town. Almost no trip left. Afterwards they found out that their advertising was faulty and charged 70% extra. When ever they make a mistake and agree to compensate you. Make sure that the guy that you agree with makes his manager agree the same in writing. If they or their sub dealer makes an advertising mistake they let the customer pay for the mistake and fix the online advertising immediately. Got screenshot of original but they don’t care.

Service side it was fast I still communicated with them in the morning and at 2 p.m. I had a car.I received a key without a battery and I had difficulty starting the car on several occasions. The car had a lousse in the direction which was annoying for the ears.
