I asked for a follow up/update to our transfer from a staff through phone call, and instead of checking the status, the employee(Jona from Mercato branch) said she’d done her part. The way she acted was so unprofessional. I guess she’s just lazy to check coz usually, other employees used to tract the transaction instead of saying they’ve done their part. I don’t understand the attitude.
