Bad Customer Service, Misleading, and Miscommunication
In good faith, I tried for over 15 months to get solar panels installed in my villa. After the initial 45% downpayment of over AED 20K, I was promised a “risk-free” and “hassle-free” process– and they would handle “everything” in under ten weeks. However, I learned these promises were misleading and the experience was beyond frustrating. With one problem after another, and lots of excuses and additional payments, I finally asked to cancel the order, but was told this was not possible because THEY had done soo much. Then, when yet another additional payment emerged beyond the original invoice and promise, I insisted on cancelling–yes, 15 MONTHS of TOTAL FRUSTRATION and holding my deposit hostage! Then, with sickly sweet emails and more apologies, I was charged 15% of the entire project because somehow the cancellation was my fault. I felt there was no effective customer service and there were a series misleading promises. What a major hassle to try to do something good for the environment. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

This company offers plenty of services regarding solar energy and LED services. They also offer 5 years warranty for the LEDs. This is a unique service for me. Their services are good and convenient. I just believe that their services are more expensive than other services at other companies. Otherwise, everything is good.
