Huge parking cost

Dear Salon Management,

On October 2, 2024, at 12 PM, I encountered a very unpleasant situation at your salon. Due to the laziness and overstepping of authority by the security guard, I had to pay an unacceptable amount for parking, despite there being available spots on the salon’s parking lot.

I was deeply upset and frustrated that, despite informing three salon administrators about the availability of free parking spots on your lot, none of them offered me the option to park my car there. This treatment from the salon staff left me feeling wronged and dissatisfied.

Moreover, for the majority of clients, a parking fee of 60 dirhams, which is five times higher than the RTA parking, is unacceptable and critical when choosing a salon, even with good professionals and moderate service prices.

Considering the possibility that parking might cost 60 dirhams at any time due to the security’s decision or just by chance, I have decided not to visit your salon again, despite my loyalty to the salon and the quality of your services.

I do not understand your salon’s parking policy and would like to know your opinion on whether you would go to a salon for a manicure knowing that just the parking would cost you 60 dirhams.

Facials

A couple of facials resulted in skin reactions which led to skin issues that are ongoing for months. Christina brand was allegedly used which I’ve used before and never had any reactions to it, or any skin reactions for that matter. The management refused the refund and never bothered to follow up on how I was doing. This is in addition to the generally not nice environment in the salon, difficult access, crowded reception, and lack of waiting areas.

Good service from nail techs but parking issue

Love their nail techs especially Inna and Sophia. But the front desk could be more client oriented. First of all tell us that your parking is limited so we can arrive earlier and plan ahead. Instead I arrived just in time for my service and was told the salon parking was full. I had to pay at 80aed for parking at a private parking lot!

No apologies from the WhatsApp manager. All I was told was that parking is limited. I would have appreciated being told in advance or at least an apology for the inconvenience.

Super disappointed!

I have to start with the fact that I booked a manicure plus pedicure combo with a polish (costs 280 dirhams). When I came, I decided not to make a gel polish on my hands but to make transparent nail polish with a manicure (including a pedicure with a gel polish). When I went to pay, the salon administrators told me that since I didn’t have gel polish on my hands, I had to pay MORE – 320 dirhams. I was genuinely struck by the confidence with which the salon administrators assured me that it was OK to PAY MORE when providing LESS service to the client (including the amount of electricity consumed, materials used, and resources not only of the employee but of accessories). The salon staff offered me to make a gel polish so that I would pay less then. I am genuinely amazed by the lack of understanding of the absurdity of this proposal. I am sorry that I will not come to this salon anymore because administrators working at the place do not know about the principle of “the customer is always right,” which sometimes has for a reason – 40 dirhams for this salon turned out to be more important than common sense and the loyalty of a potential client. Very sorry and disappointed.
