disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Zohaib. Despite returning the apartment in the same condition as when I moved in, my full security deposit was withheld, with charges that appeared to match the entire amount I had paid. I found this conduct unprofessional and unfair. It is frustrating to encounter such disregard for transparency and fairness. I would advise others to exercise caution in any dealings with him.

Betrayal experience from Mr. Zohaib of Scope Real Estate broker LLC

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Zohaib. Although I returned the apartment in the exact condition in which I received it, he unfairly withheld the security deposit by making unreasonable charges that conveniently matched the full amount I had paid. His behavior was highly unprofessional and completely unjust. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with someone who disregards basic principles of fairness and respect. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when dealing with him.

Excellent services by Zohaib of Scope Real Estate broker LLC

I had the pleasure of working with Zohaib from Scope Real Estate broker LLC. From start to finish, Zohaib was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Dubai Real Estate market. He made the entire process of renting out my unit in Celestia, Dubai south, seamless and stress-free. Zohaib took the time to understand my needs, marketed my property effectively, and quickly found a reliable tenant. I highly recommend Zohaib and Scope Real Estate broker LLC .

Mira 3 | Nightmare of an experience

We saw the house with Mr. Ayaz, in Mira 3. The tenants were already living there. We saw the house and we liked it. We were asked we cant wait for the deal so same day we made the payment. Mr. Ayaz comforted us that he will be with us throughout the process till we more and we are satisfied. Since then we have been struggling with getting the house fixed and the owner doesn’t know him and aware of any problems, he ignores our messages and calls. And he have lived in this house with tripping AC, in fan at night. Burning hot water, broken drawer, only one set of keys to the house. I never knew this could happen in Dubai. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

Trusted

This is a very trustworthy real estate company. I wanted to know more information about the properties they’re offering for sale so I contacted their team, they provided me with all the information. The properties have perfect designs and locations as well. The only annoying thing is that their company’s location is so bad for me! Otherwise, the experience was good.
