Great stay during hospitalization

I came to Saudi German Hospital with severe sciatica pain I was unable to stand, sit, or move at all. From the very beginning, the staff acted immediately and professionally.
What truly stood out to me was the level of care and dedication. The neurosurgeon came in on his day off to personally explain my condition and discuss the possible treatment options with me, which I deeply appreciated.
From Malak, the most friendly and attentive nurse I have ever met, to Dr. Ali and Dr. Khaldoun, and all the nurses who took care of me after surgery (Bela, Mariam, Dolores I apologize if I misspelled any names; and all other nurses names i didnt remember), everyone was absolutely amazing. The patient relations representative, a kind young lady from Mexico, was also constantly checking in to make sure I had everything I needed.
Everything was perfectly coordinated, very clean, and well organized. My room was quiet, private, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped, even visitors could rest there comfortably.
I am truly grateful that I ended up in this hospital during such a difficult moment. I also hope that the physiotherapy planned within the same facility will help me recover quickly.

I was struggling for 2 months to solve my problem between doctor and insurence. They didn’t approve my MRI for some silly reasons. Every time I called hospital or insurence, the would transfer me to each others. I even went there personaly and paid visit again for nothing, insurence declined many times.No one really wanted to take responsability . I have been through a series of physiotherapy sessions with Dr Marc. Dr Marc was very helpful. He applied methodologically his protocol in a progressive way. The result was amazing. After a few sessions, I was able to perform mouvements that I was not able to do for 4 months. At the end of the sessions I felt fully recovered. It was excellent service provided to us during our hospital visit. From the entrance security guard in the main lobby was smiling and very courteous. There was a big improvement for the cleanliness compare to our previous experienced. Consultation experience and visit to SGH

I would like to commend Dr. Shadi Sharifi, for her excellent service and extreme dedication to her profession as a medical doctor. Also for being an excellent neurologist.

I went to SGH Dubai, complaining about the numbness and tingling sensation of my both hands, and I’d visited several doctors in the hospital and other treatment facility.
Dr. Shadi, should her dedication towards helping other people, she knew exactly the cause and the best treatment care plan for my condition because she did pay attention to my health complaint, to comprehend what was going on.

Anyhow, I felt way better than before. Albeit, I am still on my treatment plan, doing physiotherapy as per the recommendation of my neurologist Dr. Shadi Sharifi. I believe that my condition will continue to improved and gets better over the course of time.

She is very straight forward, but very professional so don’t be intimidated by her looks, despite of that she really does know exactly what she is doing, (she really cares) Dr. Shadi Sharifi is on point on her treatment plan and goal to really help the patient. She asks questions which is vital and she thinks necessary and important to know to confirm her diagnosis supported by series of test conducted;

Prior to sending you for lab test, x-ray etc. for confirmation of your real diagnosis, before she finally comes up with her conclusion regarding your real health condition. And from there she could finally finalized her diagnosis and prescribed your medicine and your proper treatment plan.

I have never been to any hospital that makes you wait for 1 hour. First we have to wait in waiting area until the nurse calls you and they finally find a bed.
After that you will wait for 1 hour for doctor to arrive and then once you finish you will wait in pharmacy 1 hour to get tour medicine. Nothing is organized. Now its been more than 1 hour I am waiting.

I am really glad that I met Dr.Preeti Krishna, who showed a lot of care and attention to all the concerns I had. She also proceeded with the surgery that I am well recovering from and was always there for me to answer any questions I had. I really admire her style: calm, pleasant, knowledgeable and shows a lot of genuine care. You might think she is still young but I found she was a lot more professional and knowledgeable than many “experienced “ doctors with over 20 years in practice who did not help. I am in Dubai for more than 14 years and this is the best obstetrician doctor I have met. Dr.Preeti is really special in all aspects and I would recommend her to my friends.

Dr. Rohit Gulati – Worst Behaviour

I took my daughter (2 yrs old) to Dr. Rohit Gulati -ENT Specialist. Dr. Rohit was so arrogant and yelled on my daughter as she was not co-operating with the treatment. First of all he should have patience in treating a 2 yrs old kid and he doesn’t have experience in handling a patient. One of the worst doctor I have ever come across in my life. Even the nurse got scared with his attitude / behaviour.

I request the Saudi German Hospital Management to take immediate action against Dr. Rohit for his worst behaviour and manners. This kind of doctor will surely damage the reputation os SGH. Hope SGH will consider this and take necessary steps !!

Short time waiting

I was on a visit to one of my friends in the UAE. At this hard time, to return back to my country, I had to make a PCR test. I went to Saudi German Hospital and I waited in the drive-thru lane, I was thinking that I would finish in more than two hours as the lane was really long. Half an hour and I finished my PCR test! How quickly they’re!
