I was told I could have the 6th blow dry for free after 5th visits, so when I asked after my 4th blow dry the ladies when I would have my 6th time for free as promised – I got a reply that I can’t have it since I had to buy the package in advance. NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT THAT from the very beginning while I could do that, so I was mistakenly paying every three or four days for my blow dry paying only them while there are a bunch of salons to choose in the area – hoping there will be a special offer in the end – so I felt frustrated when the administration made me feel that I was just stupid telling me that they told me while the DID NOT.
I could buy even two packages but since they are a long time on the market they just don’t care about you as an individual – and I tell you why below.
I have spent more money at the salon than to cover this special offer, and was expecting the staff to keep their promises while I was told things that mislead me.
Even worse. They don’t have WhatsApp so in case of any issues the manager will call you back and if you are busy there is no other way to call them back. So I was waiting for the opportunity to talk to the manager but it was impossible since when they call at random time I am busy with my job as normal people do – they do everything so to make you not to talk to the management.
I was given words like 1) the management is travelling 2) the management is off 3) the management is on the weekend
And finally today the administrator called me and told that I should not come to the salon at all since they can’t reach me out. They blamed me of not being able to answer the phone, but I was kindly asking to call me at the specific hours since I am busy and can’t wait for their call all the day doing nothing, but as you can imagine I was ignored.
My worst experience ever. Crying from this moment because this situation offended me a lot and I hope they would change their behavior towards their clients.

I frequent the Al Barsha branch where I do my nails with Cindy, who is excellent. Donna is also good at nails. For my facials, lashes, waxing and threading, Iffat is absolutely fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who requires professional services. Shobha is also very proficient in different areas of services and very patient. Overall, the ladies are all nice and eager to please. Thank you Sasha Barsha!

I booked an appointment at this beauty salon as I wanted to make henna designs. What I really loved about this salon is that they’re so cooperative. I wanted to make another service that I didn’t book for. They just told me to wait five minutes until they manage the other clients. They made me do what I want without any conflict with the other clients’ services.
