SAICOHEALTH is by far the worst insurance mail have ever had. An injection to be taken in my pregnancy was not updated in their list. I have been calling all Tom and Harry involved, to no use. Always you have to speak to the customer care, they will escalate the issue and very time we call. There is no complaint portal or grievance management from their side. They are sure to lose a lot of clients.
My employer is a member of their cooperative insurance plan, which is a great fit for us. Their services are exceptional, and they come highly recommended.
