Very bad customer dealing

Assalam Alaikum Saddle, we buy

coffee everyday, but we were waiting for 40-40 minutes from the first three-four days, even the one who took the order did not deliver the return order, I had to go and pick it up myself. He said, “Why are you late so much?” The worker in front of him said, “If you are in a hurry, then come on time.” Get out don’t get coffee from here again which we had a lot of discussion and I went to the incharge so these incharge might be his friend he says to him who is this from the front he says this is the driver driver local work He was with me. You didn’t tell me. You told the local to leave here and not to get coffee from here again. The incharge have told everyone that after this day, they should not take orders from the driver. Did he also say the same thing to the owner of Sadal? The person incharge and the worker told me to talk to the customer like get out of here and told everyone not to take his order after this is customer dealing. Khalifa city branch
