Bad experience

I have ordered them two times first time lady comes dressed up in a very weird way not even in uniform!
Second time I made pedicure nails were filled in a very bad way and the color had bubbles which means the color was so bad I asked her what did you do before she said she used to work as a nanny I was sure that she never worked in nails before ! The worst part is that when I sent pics of my nails to the management the replied in a rude way that they will send someone to fix but if I need to change the color I need to pay !!!!! In less than 24 hours I told her the color is bad she said that’s the only option we can offer you !!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. The technician arrived, was here for less than 5 minutes, and still couldn’t do a simple French tip. I expected basic skill and professionalism from a home service salon, but this was disappointing from the start. Despite not completing any proper service, they still wanted payment! I do not recommend this salon at all — complete waste of time and money.

Face treatment

Black and white heads were not removed. Unfortunately the lady worked in the dark room after I asked if this is ok if she can see everything she said yes but unfortunately not everything was removed. Didn’t know the ingredients of the products. The service through the phone and communication in WhatsApp is not really helpful. Asking for pictures asking for opinions doesn’t matter what you say they have the answer but she said she did.. and so on. I booked a massage few months ago it was amazing but the face treatment as for my experience and expectations plus the service are very disappointing.

I’ve done eyelash extensions for 10 years. Do not ever have lashes done from this company. Terrible work. Lashes were done in 15min, they fell of the next day. Can’t get any refund. They are lying to me etc. I won’t recommend this company to anyone.

massages and bad polish and bad french

My family and i had 3 massages and mani and pedi’s. The manicures were good, but my family that had normal polish, the work was not good. The polish was thicker in some places and lighter in others the tip there was no polish.
The french gel manicure the white part was all wonky not even. On both the hands and toes.
The nail girls were nice tho.

The massages were terrible. Sabina who did the hot stones didn’t know what she is doing. There was no fluidity to the massage. She also didn’t have a privacy towel just left me naked in the bed.
She also bruised me on my wrist when she scraped my bracelet against my skin it hurt so bad!
Also she bruised my calf.
I told the whatsapp booking number and they will not take responsibility. They told me bruising is common from a hot stone massage and i’m like uhm no! I’ve had countless Hot stone massages and never had this problem before🤦🏼‍♀️
Please stay away from this company. Very bad

Poor service and rude behavior

I asked for a brawn ash balayage showed them photos as final result and my hair photo as well and asked if they have an stylist who can do so, they assured me they can do so, te stylist could hardly talk English I tried to tell her again as I had communicated with the booking service showed her photos, and asked her I want a blended tone balayage, ultimately balayage color became grey instead of brawn ash, and left me with like an old woman with dark grey hair, they asked me to pay regardless, the stylist had left, they sent her back to my place and kept calling and ringing my bell to pay, regardless of how much I’m unsatisfied and unhappy with the service, they talk rude impolite and lying so easily and manipulating all the facts, all matters to them is money
