Motor insurance

They NEVER pick calls!!!
I needed roadside assistance was stuck since 3-4hours on road and no one was bothered to pick calls, this is really shameful!
The garage (AUDI service center) i want to take my car to is in AD from DXB, apparently they cannot provide inter city recovery, no idea why?!?!
Even the smallest motor insurance company has recovery service for intercity
But insurance like RSA (now LIVA) does not provide this service
This is ridiculous, after paying such an expensive premium for the insurance we do not even get basic service!!
I am definitely changing my insurance and advise everyone not to go with RSA (now LIVA) motor insurance

I have been using the mentioned plan for the past 5 years and recently requested a claim, which i experienced the worst customer service. Despite numerous emails and attempts to reach them, their response consistently mentioned as internal technical error. As a customer, I do not need to know the details of their internal technical issues. Eventually, I realized it’s a customer cheating, so I fight with FAB customer care and finally canceled the policy.

As a recommendation to everyone, I strongly advise against choosing FAB insurance or RSA insurance, as they are engaged in deceptive practices

Worst experience with RSA Insurance

Recently, I was involved in a car accident that resulted in my vehicle being declared a total loss. Naturally, I initiated an insurance claim with RSA to address the situation. However, the entire process has been marked by significant shortcomings that I feel compelled to highlight.

First and foremost, the turnaround time for my claim was unacceptably long. It took an extended period to receive any communication from the claim department, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and frustration.

When I did finally receive communication regarding my claim, I was shocked to discover that the settlement offered was considerably lower than I had expected. In light of this, I sought clarification on how the reduction had been calculated. Regrettably, my attempts to reach out to the claim manager, Raghda Faisal, were unsuccessful. Multiple calls to the customer service department went unanswered, leading me to experience immense frustration.

After persisting with my attempts, I eventually managed to speak with the customer service manager, Mr. George Varghese. However, my interaction with him left me deeply disappointed. Mr. Varghese exhibited behavior that is far from what one would expect from a professional in customer service. His approach included shouting, thugerism, reprimanding, making threats, and displaying rudeness. Unfortunately, he lacked the essential skills and qualities required to effectively assist and support customers during what is often a challenging time.

I must admit that my experience with RSA Insurance has left me questioning how such individuals are representing an organization like RSA. Based on my recent encounters, I cannot, in good faith, recommend RSA Insurance to others.

Very bad service experience.
I was repeatedly put on hold for long time and nobody returned the call in-spite of the promise that I will get call back in 5 mins.
