Bad experience

They kept my car for three days for inspection before selling me their warranty. After I paid for the warranty, they informed me that the driveshaft cascade needed to be replaced. Their warranty explicitly covers the driveshaft, yet they claimed that one of its essential components was excluded.

To make matters worse, they told me the part would take about one month to arrive and that the replacement would cost nearly AED 3,700. This was completely unreasonable. I took the car to another shop, and the actual cost was only AED 105.

The communication was equally unacceptable. Throughout the three-day inspection, I had to repeatedly call them myself, as they provided no updates and rarely answered my calls. My car was also left outside on the street under a tree, where I received it covered in dust, dry leaves, and dirt.

I cancelled the warranty directly with them. They informed me that AED 525 would be deducted as a cancellation fee and that the remaining amount would be refunded within three working days. It has now been 15 days, and I have received nothing. Their call center keeps promising that someone will contact me within 24 hours, but no one ever does.

This entire experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism, poor communication, questionable warranty practices, and complete disregard for customer service. I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this company.

I am extremely disappointed with Royal Swizz Garage and the way they handled my BYD Leopard 3 service issue. My vehicle is still under 5-year warranty with unlimited kilometers, but the service experience has been completely unprofessional and unacceptable. After a normal service, my AC stopped working within a few days. I first visited the Dubai branch, but they refused to properly assist and simply redirected me to the Sharjah branch. When I went there, they kept my car for 2–3 days and then charged me AED 1000 for AC gas. Shockingly, just 2 days later, the same AC problem returned again. This clearly shows the issue was never properly diagnosed or fixed. When I returned for support, the Sharjah branch again refused responsibility and sent me back to Dubai. However, the Dubai branch then refused to repair the issue and tried to demand an additional AED 315.

Very disappointed with Royal Swizz Garage. There is a clear lack of coordination between branches, no accountability, and customers are repeatedly sent back and forth without solving the issue.

Staff behavior was highly unprofessional, with shouting at customers instead of providing proper support or solutions. There was zero respect, zero responsibility, and no proper customer care.

Overall, this is one of the worst after-service experiences I have faced. I would not recommend this garage due to poor technical work, repeated unnecessary charges, and extremely bad customer service.

very bad experience

i have booked annual service contract with swiss auto garage and at the time of booking the agent confirmed verbally that the contract will be applicable from the next service date. I did the normal service on FEB 25 and paid for the annual service contract on the same date. This contract includes 1 Major and 2 Minor services. the service agent promised earlier that the contract period will commence from a later time and kilometer restriction is not a big issue. Now the customer service agents says the 2nd service (Minor service) cannot be done till the required Km reached.
its customer descretion to do the service even the km reached or not.

I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration after yet another deeply disappointing experience with Royal Swiss Auto Service in Dubai. This is the second time in a row that they’ve failed to deliver even the most basic level of service, and I feel compelled to warn others.

I had booked a routine maintenance appointment and gave explicit instructions, both on the phone and via WhatsApp, that the team should follow exactly what was indicated on the car’s onboard system. This included checking and replacing the engine oil, transmission fluid, and addressing all alerts and flagged components. They acknowledged everything in writing, confirmed they understood, and I trusted they would carry out the work.

When I returned to collect the car, I was shocked to find that not everything had been done. Despite having paid in advance a full year earlier, and having provided clear, detailed instructions, key items were simply ignored without explanation.

What’s worse is that this isn’t an isolated incident. It’s the second time I’ve had to deal with negligence, poor communication, and a total lack of accountability from this service center. For a company that markets itself as a premium provider, the experience feels anything but.

Royal Swiss Auto has shown me a pattern of unreliability and carelessness that is simply unacceptable. I will absolutely not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their car.

To make this short, don’t ever deal with them. They scam you, worst customer service ever, poor quality of work, poor management. They give you your car back dirty with tea plastic cups on the floor, smelly, more problems than you have it, their agents are careless, if you want to deal with a respectful professional garage don’t choose this one.

Poor Service and sheer incompetance

I purchased a car last year which came with a service warranty from this company. By way of doing a ‘free’ health check they sent me an estimate for work that was needed immediately to the sum of 5500 AED. Marked urgent and dangerous in their mechanics report was that my car was fitted with the wrong tyre sizes…..actually they were the right size the mechanic failed to check the spec of the car. The service advisor called me numerous times whilst putting pressure for me to authorise the additional work.
When I went to collect the car it took the receptionist 23 minutes to produce a gate pass and clarify who was paying for the invoice…surely they had the car for 9 hours they would have already known it was under the extended warranty.
Avoid at all costs… places like this are designed to work like a honey trap

Honestly one of the worst routine car services I’ve had in Dubai!!! While booking they’ve said it would take 4h, upon arrival the consultant Mr Hazem told me the service would take 5h including the cleaning, so I come to pick up my car after 5:30h to give them some margin and he informed me they had just started the quality control!!! 6:45h after dropping the car is finally ready but despite making me wait 1:45h for the end of the service and the cleaning, the car is not properly cleaned! I can only hope that the mechanical service was properly done as I cannot verify it myself… No respect for the client’s time… I do not recommend!!!

M truly dissapointed by their service at sharjah branch…..in my 2nd service they forget to fill coolant..(after service i had to fill drinking water into the tank…why i had paid 4k+ for service).n their so called big shop doesnt equipped with N2 to fill up tyres pressure.
In my 1st service they ignore oil leak and allowed to move out the car, which lead to major failure in the next day.

They’ve had my car for five weeks now. Three weeks for a repair and service, two days after, my car breaks down. It took them over a week to tow the car after sending multiple people who clearly had no idea what the issue was or what they were doing. They’ve now been “inspecting” my car for almost a week. Getting a hold of someone or getting any sort of explanation is like pulling teeth. They’ve made so many mistakes along the way that are negligent and literally just take your money and run. The agent I was dealing with was extremely unprofessional, didn’t reply or answer questions. I paid for service and warranty, I got no report. I was told she would send it later in the day, that was three weeks ago. I called to ask if everything went okay in service, she said car was fine and would send. The car broke down two days later and have yet to receive the report or my car. Take your money elsewhere. This place is absolutely horrid to deal with, major lack of internal communication, horrible customer service and a complete and utter headache.

Extremely Dissatisfied – Terrible Experience at Auto Royal Swiss Car Service Garage

I regret to share an utterly disappointing experience I recently had at your Royal Swiss Auto service garage (Al Qouz branch). My encounter was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction publicly to warn potential customers.

The service advisor, in particular, displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Instead of addressing the actual problem with my car, he casually suggested changing various parts without any proper explanation.

Moreover, the timeline for returning my vehicle was egregiously extended. In a world where prompt service is crucial, the prolonged delay in getting my car back is utterly unacceptable.

I implore the owner to take immediate and drastic measures to rectify these appalling issues. The lack of professionalism, coupled with the disregard for customers’ time and money, is utterly unacceptable.

Potential customers deserve to be warned about the subpar service provided by this garage. I sincerely hope the owner takes these complaints seriously and takes swift action to address these glaring deficiencies.

In light of my disastrous experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this auto service garage to anyone seeking reliable and honest vehicle repairs.

A big NO!

I had a minor accident last Tuesday and immediately called the Royal Swiss agency Dubai Branch as my car is also brand new and in a Golden Warranty Policy from them. The girl in the phone advised to send pictures of the car and other supportive documents and mentioned that agency is working on an estimation and will let me know shortly. Lastly after 1 week of several calls that i made towards them, today they sent me an whatsapp msg to send my car to abu dhabi for physical inspection. Wait, why? Because my car is AUH plate nr? I never received any question to transfer the service to auh. Plus in 1 week nobody mentioned to send my car to garage and that was suspicios to me. Anyhow i went to dynatrade and hopefully they will come back to me in 2-3 days. Never ever again to this Swiss cars!

AC Repair – lost money without repairing the complaint

Just week before Eid Al Adha holidays, I left my car for repairing a/c which had less cooling. Left at 10 am on that Saturday and they sent me the quote on Monday at 5 pm. It happened after several follow up calls and texts. Only repair and h
Gas filling had an estimate of 1900 AED, not including compressor replacement, but a part related to water container for wiper.

So I refused to approve it and wanted to take back the car but they insisted for AED 300 inspection charge. So finally after negotiation reduced the estimate to AED 1394, where I removed wiper container only. Then they promised me to give the car after 3 days. On Thursday at 12 noon service agent calling to tell me that it could not be repaired because compressor need to be changed.

I met them personally to discuss and asked them why was they claiming AED 300 inspection charge in first place. And still they couldn’t find the real problem, instead they wasted my money, AED 1394. After a long discussion, they took from me AED 1294 as spare and repair charges.

I don’t have words or temperament to write all these here, but as I found so many positive comments here, I thought of reflecting my experience.

Finally, I reached in an agreement with them to fix a replacement compressor at my cost, but Labour charge will be free. And they asked me to take my car until they bring a compressor.

It returned with a/c in worst condition and to my surprise I found the car heat monitor not at all moving up after driving the car for 15 kms.

I was embarrassed and called them but they insisted to drive the car. Who will assure me safety that it will not damage my car engine permanently.

So finally I decided to take my car to a different garage. I took it on the last day of the Eid holiday and left the car at 11 am in the new garage. He just inspected and told me that it will require to change the compressor and will cost AED 650 including fixing.

I got my car back at 3.30 pm in perfect condition and additional 150 AED for wiper container new fixed.

All of you going to this garage, you please go only if you have unwanted money and time with you.
