RR Spectre

RR Spectre, delivered on time but wasn’t ready to full ride and hasn’t charge cables. They promised to recharge or replace by 9am next day, but on the next day it wasn’t done at all. Nobody answered calls. After 11am I had to go to parking for pick up a different car. Substitution (Ursus) was so awful old and broken, so even Air conditioning didn’t work.. Service and customer support was unbelievable bad, nobody answered calls for hours.. Orwa, the sales/manager guy works with you just to sell and try to f..ck you as much as he can.. The difference between rental prices still wasn’t refunded after 3 weeks!!! So highly unrecommended company, really bed experience!!

do not go to these criminals one of the workers has recently moved from uk to Dubai after being sentenced for 10 years for guns???? They took £2000 out my bank 1 month after visiting Dubai and have not given no valid reason as to why

This is a scam. Stay away. They charge a big deposit that you won’t get back. They just make up some scratch on the car and refuse to pay back. Eventually they stop responding.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

There were a lot of things which made me disappointed in this company.
1. We agreed 1 month ahead that I will have BMW M850, and on the last day when I had to receive the car, they told not available and I have to come to their office check for alternative.
2. Once we checked for alternative, the guy Ahmed actually told me that BMW is actually available, but for 1400 AED a day, instead of 850 AED we initially agreed on.
3. They delayed the car.
4. They gave a car with around 40k km mileage on Corvette, which actual condition did not look like it’s 40k, more like 150k, but it’s fine.
5. They charged DEPOSIT, and once receiving the car, they told that it was refunded and I should expect it by February 6th. They never sent that deposit back. On February 9th, the guy sent some email to process refund, and told to wait 48hrs.
Today is 21st of FEB and no refund was done. Simply company of scammers with fake reviews, lying to their customer and trying to make as much cash as possible without thinking about their reputation.

Rotana Star, a camel company that steals a user’s deposit despite the absence of fines, also buys positive fake reviews to hide negative reviews from hundreds of customers who have had their collateral deopsit stolen. These are scammers. if you rent a car from this company, your security deposit will be stolen in any case.
You can see in the photo where the company promises to deal with the theft of my deposit and no longer responds and ignores me.

The worst car rental in all UAE

The worst car rental in all Dubai, their front office lack communication, they will rip you off your money in broad day light. I was very fortunate to have Rami working with from that company he did everything possible to help but the rest of the team and everyone else working in that bullshit office are nothing but scammers and thieves, I would not recommend renting from them any cars , there is 1000 of exotic car rentals all over United Arab Emirates choosing them would be the worse decision anyone can make so please take my word for it and go rent some where else. The manager of this shit hole shop and the owners they all lack customer service and barely understand what it means having clear and proper communication with clients. They will always convince you that it’s busy season and they have booking on all cars and this BS to Jack up the rental cost when it’s all dog piss and bullshit the cars sitting on the lot collecting dust. This guy his name is Mubashir some guy from Afganistan he is a terrible person to deal with very disrespectful and rude.

Rotana Star Fake positive reviews

I read positive reviews about this company and rented a Ferrari car, the price was the lowest in Dubai. I went for a ride, gave the car away, there were no problems, there were no fines. But the company Rotana Star stole my deposit and stopped responding to my messages. Then I started studying the reviews and saw a lot of bad reviews about the theft of deposits from customers, and 97% of the positive reviews about Rotana Star were written from the same IP address and browser. This means that the company Rota Star bought positive reviews in order to hide negative reviews about the theft of deposits and continue to steal customers’ money, luring them with cheap rental prices. These are scammers, stay away from this company.

Faulty car and over charged for scratch on wheel

Please be careful with this company. They gave me a Lamborghini car with lots of damage around the body. Also the car was pulling to the right too much which was dangerous. Wires loose near brake pedal.
I took it back and they wanted to charge me more for a different car. I asked for a similar replacement and it took 1 hour to resolve only after speaking to the manager.
I also got a G63 which was a decent car, however I scratched one alloy no more than 1 inch. They asked me to pay 3500Aed which is around £850!!!!
Then the manager reduced it to 2500Aed which is about £555!!!!
I asked for an invoice which they were reluctant to give and made me wait in the heat for 45 mins. I got the receipt finally but it wasn’t correct.
Also they tried to charge VAT on top of my agreed price which was already added. My review is 100% true and I’ve not exaggerated what so ever.

Very bad company!

Very bad company! I contacted them via WhatsApp, confirmed the reservation with date and time, arrived to pick up the car and it was not available. First he wanted me to get a car all scratched up, then I didn’t accept he offered me a black one, when we went to see it had a flat tire. Made me wait for an hour when I asked to cancel he got me a theoretically superior car “Lamborghini Aventador” what I had booked was a “Lamborghini Huracan” that opens the door upwards. I went to drive the car and the air conditioning didn’t work right, it froze and stopped freezing and out of nowhere, when I had already walked for about 20 minutes and out of nowhere it went to neutral and didn’t engage the gears anymore, I pushed the car to the I turned off the car and waited a while, when I tried to close the door it wouldn’t close anymore, I had a problem with the door lock. I called them asking for help, they said they were going to the place and they didn’t show up, I had to force the key on the lock to close the door, after a few attempts to turn the car on and off it put the car in gear and I managed to get back there. When I got there I explained the situation, because I had only rented the car for an hour to take some pictures and walk a little, they charged me for the excess KM of 25 km that was predicted according to them, no one had warned me about it and they tried to offer another car, so far so good, but then when I chose the car they wanted to charge me for the other one. In short, I couldn’t get to the place to take the photos, they didn’t do anything to solve the problem that was their car and all the cars that they had presented me had problems, or it was crashed, or poorly maintained, or when apparently there was nothing it ended up causing a problem which was the case of the Aventador. Don’t even consider this star I put because if I could it would be 0 stars, very bad company!

This company is NOT honest! I rented a car for 2 months, the service to get the car was awesome to start with BUT what a disaster afterward! Not only they never sent me the invoice corresponding to the amount I had paid… means I cannot enter it in my company expenses and get reimbursed my expenses so I had to pay 1100 AED from my own pocket!!! These 1100AED they imposed me to give CASH?! And never wanted to send me the invoice… AND they never refund me my deposit of 2500AED either without any explanations while the car was returned in a perfect state… Please DON NOT support their business. I’ve been in touch with 4 different people and even went back to their shop. Their accountant is always on break, holiday or whatever excuse they can give. These people are SCAMMERS I have no other words!!! I’ve lost 3600AED from my own pocket that I cannot claim back to my company and on the top of that I had clean the car and filled the tank before returning! NOT NORMAL!!! You guys should be ashamed!

DO NOT COME HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. They are scammers. My and my friends rented a car with them and gave them 5000 UAED as deposition. They never returned it. Also, we had made a scratch when parking our car and when we told them about it they hit us with a 25 000 uaed fine, saying that is the cost to repair it. When we told them we wanted to leave they threatened us. Do not come here pls, for your own safety!!!
