    Roar Fitness Dubai – Overpriced and Uncaring

    The gym may have good trainers and facilities, but that’s where the positives end. It’s clear that Roar Fitness Dubai prioritizes money over clients. Their draconian 24-hour cancellation policy is beyond strict. Imagine being sick with a high fever and still being charged for a session if you can’t make it. At 750 AED per class, this gym is one of the priciest, yet they refuse to show even basic understanding or flexibility for their clients.

    Most high-end gyms offer some leeway—perhaps 2-3 session cancellations—but not this place. Their policies are rigid, their customer service is non-existent, and they show no compassion or care for the people who keep them in business.

    When I sought a refund, they charged me for 12 sessions but only refunded for 13, including the so-called “free” functional test session. It’s a complete joke.

    To be considered a 5-star gym, you need to be more than just a nice facility with good trainers—you need to understand and respect your customers. Unfortunately, Roar Fitness Dubai fails spectacularly at this.

    And to add insult to injury, dealing with their staff, particularly Lauren, was an ordeal. She was unprofessional and displayed a shocking lack of education or basic customer service skills. If this is the face of their management, it’s no wonder they treat their clients so poorly.
